1 Now the family heads of the Levites approached Eleazar the priest, Joshua son of Nun, and the heads of the other tribal families of Israel
1 그때에 레위 사람의 족장들이 제사장 엘르아살과 눈의 아들 여호수아와 이스라엘 자손의 지파 족장들에게 나아와
1. 那時，利未人的衆族長來到祭司以利亞撒和嫩的兒子約書亞，並以色列各支派的族長面前，
2 at Shiloh in Canaan and said to them, "The LORD commanded through Moses that you give us towns to live in, with pasturelands for our livestock."
2 가나안 땅 실로에서 그들에게 말하여 이르되 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하사 우리가 거주할 성읍들과 우리 가축을 위해 그 목초지들을 우리에게 주라 하셨나이다 하매
2. 在迦南地的示羅對他們說：從前耶和華藉著摩西吩咐給我們城邑居住，並城邑的郊野可以牧養我們的牲畜。
3 So, as the LORD had commanded, the Israelites gave the Levites the following towns and pasturelands out of their own inheritance:
3 이스라엘 자손이 여호와의 명령을 따라 자기의 기업에서 이 성읍들과 그 목초지들을 레위 사람에게 주니라
3. 於是以色列人照耶和華所吩咐的，從自己的地業中，將以下所記的城邑和城邑的郊野給了利未人。
4 The first lot came out for the Kohathites, clan by clan. The Levites who were descendants of Aaron the priest were allotted thirteen towns from the tribes of Judah, Simeon and Benjamin.
4 그핫 가족을 위하여 제비를 뽑았는데 레위 사람 중 제사장 아론의 자손들은 유다 지파와 시므온 지파와 베냐민 지파 중에서 제비 뽑은 대로 열세 성읍을 받았고
4. 爲哥轄族拈鬮：利未人的祭司、亞倫的子孫，從猶大支派、西緬支派、便雅憫支派的地業中，按鬮得了十三座城。
5 The rest of Kohath's descendants were allotted ten towns from the clans of the tribes of Ephraim, Dan and half of Manasseh.
5 그핫 자손들 중에 남은 자는 에브라임 지파의 가족과 단 지파와 므낫세 반 지파 중에서 제비 뽑은 대로 열 성읍을 받았으며
5. 哥轄其餘的子孫，從以法蓮支派、但支派、瑪拿西半支派的地業中，按鬮得了十座城。
6 The descendants of Gershon were allotted thirteen towns from the clans of the tribes of Issachar, Asher, Naphtali and the half-tribe of Manasseh in Bashan.
6 게르손 자손들은 잇사갈 지파의 가족들과 아셀 지파와 납달리 지파와 바산에 있는 므낫세 반 지파 중에서 제비 뽑은 대로 열 세 성읍을 받았더라
6. 革順的子孫，從以薩迦支派、亞設支派、拿弗他利支派、住巴珊的瑪拿西半支派的地業中，按鬮得了十三座城。
7 The descendants of Merari, clan by clan, received twelve towns from the tribes of Reuben, Gad and Zebulun.
7 므라리 자손들은 그 가족대로 르우벤 지파와 갓 지파와 스불론 지파 중에서 열두 성읍을 받았더라
7. 米拉利的子孫，按著宗族，從流便支派、迦得支派、西布倫支派的地業中，按鬮得了十二座城。
8 So the Israelites allotted to the Levites these towns and their pasturelands, as the LORD had commanded through Moses.
8 여호와께서 모세에게 명령하신 대로 이스라엘 자손이 제비 뽑아 레위 사람에게 준 성읍들 과 그 목초지들이 이러하니라
8. 以色列人照著耶和華藉摩西所吩咐的，將這些城邑和城邑的郊野，按鬮分給利未人。
9 From the tribes of Judah and Simeon they allotted the following towns by name
9 유다 자손의 지파와 시므온 자손의 지파 중에서는 이 아래에 기명한 성읍들을 주었는데
9. 從猶大支派、西緬支派的地業中，將以下所記的城給了利未支派哥轄宗族亞倫的子孫；因爲給他們拈出頭一鬮，
10 (these towns were assigned to the descendants of Aaron who were from the Kohathite clans of the Levites, because the first lot fell to them):
10 레위 자손 중 그핫 가족들에 속한 아론 자손이 첫째로 제비 뽑혔으므로
10. a
11 They gave them Kiriath Arba (that is, Hebron), with its surrounding pastureland, in the hill country of Judah. (Arba was the forefather of Anak.)
11 아낙의 아버지 아르바의 성읍 유다 산지 기럇 아르바 곧 헤브론과 그 주위의 목초지를 그들에게 주었고
11. 將猶大山地的基列亞巴和四圍的郊野給了他們。亞巴是亞衲族的始祖。（基列亞巴就是希伯崙）。
12 But the fields and villages around the city they had given to Caleb son of Jephunneh as his possession.
12 그 성읍의 밭과 그 촌락들은 여분네의 아들 갈렙에게 주어 소유가 되게 하였더라
12. 惟將屬城的田地和村莊給了耶孚尼的兒子迦勒爲業。
13 So to the descendants of Aaron the priest they gave Hebron (a city of refuge for one accused of murder), Libnah,
13 제사장 아론의 자손에게 준 것은 살인자의 도피성 헤브론과 그 목초지이요 또 립나와 그 목초지와
13. 以色列人將希伯崙，就是誤殺人的逃城和屬城的郊野，給了祭司亞倫的子孫；又給他們立拿和屬城的郊野，
14 Jattir, Eshtemoa,
14 얏딜과 그 목초지와 에스드모아와 그 목초지와
14. 雅提珥和屬城的郊野，以實提莫和屬城的郊野，
15 Holon, Debir,
15 홀론과 그 목초지와 드빌과 그 목초지와
15. 何崙和屬城的郊野，底璧和屬城的郊野，
16 Ain, Juttah and Beth Shemesh, together with their pasturelands--nine towns from these two tribes.
16 아인과 그 목초지와 윳다와 그 목초지와 벧 세메스와 그 목초지이니 이 두 지파에서 아홉 성읍을 냈고
16. 亞因和屬城的郊野，淤他和屬城的郊野，伯示麥和屬城的郊野，共九座城，都是從這二支派中分出來的。
17 And from the tribe of Benjamin they gave them Gibeon, Geba,
17 또 베냐민 지파 중에서는 기브온과 그 목초지와 게바와 그 목초지와
17. 又從便雅憫支派的地業中給了他們基遍和屬城的郊野，迦巴和屬城的郊野，
18 Anathoth and Almon, together with their pasturelands--four towns.
18 아나돗과 그 목초지와 알몬과 그 목초지 곧 네 성읍을 냈으니
18. 亞拿突和屬城的郊野，亞勒們和屬城的郊野，共四座城。
19 All the towns for the priests, the descendants of Aaron, were thirteen, together with their pasturelands.
19 제사장 아론 자손의 성읍은 모두 열세 성읍과 그 목초지들이었더라
19. 亞倫子孫作祭司的共有十三座城，還有屬城的郊野。
20 The rest of the Kohathite clans of the Levites were allotted towns from the tribe of Ephraim:
20 레위 사람인 그핫 자손 중에 남은 자들의 가족들 곧 그핫 자손에게는 제비 뽑아 에브라임 지파 중에서 그 성읍들을 주었으니
20. 第二十一章利未支派中哥轄的宗族，就是哥轄其餘的子孫，拈鬮所得的城有從以法蓮支派中分出來的。
21 In the hill country of Ephraim they were given Shechem (a city of refuge for one accused of murder) and Gezer,
21 곧 살인자의 도피성 에브라임 산지 세겜과 그 목초지이요 또 게셀과 그 목초지와
21. 以色列人將以法蓮山地的示劍，就是誤殺人的逃城和屬城的郊野，給了他們；又給他們基色和屬城的郊野，
22 Kibzaim and Beth Horon, together with their pasturelands--four towns.
22 깁사임과 그 목초지와 벧 호론과 그 목초지이니 네 성읍이요
22. 基伯先和屬城的郊野，伯和崙和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
23 Also from the tribe of Dan they received Eltekeh, Gibbethon,
23 또 단 지파 중에서 준 것은 엘드게와 그 목초지와 깁브돈과 그 목초지와
23. 又從但支派的地業中給了他們伊利提基和屬城的郊野，基比頓和屬城的郊野，
24 Aijalon and Gath Rimmon, together with their pasturelands--four towns.
24 아얄론과 그 목초지와 가드 림몬과 그 목초지이니 네 성읍이요
24. 亞雅崙和屬城的郊野，迦特臨門和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
25 From half the tribe of Manasseh they received Taanach and Gath Rimmon, together with their pasturelands--two towns.
25 또 므낫세 반 지파 중에서 준 것은 다아낙과 그 목초지와 가드 림몬과 그 목초지이니 두 성읍이라
25. 又從瑪拿西半支派的地業中給了他們他納和屬城的郊野，迦特臨門和屬城的郊野，共兩座城。
26 All these ten towns and their pasturelands were given to the rest of the Kohathite clans.
26 그핫 자손의 남은 가족들을 위한 성읍들은 모두 열 성읍과 그 목초지 들이었더라
26. 哥轄其餘的子孫共有十座城，還有屬城的郊野。
27 The Levite clans of the Gershonites were given: from the half-tribe of Manasseh, Golan in Bashan (a city of refuge for one accused of murder) and Be Eshtarah, together with their pasturelands--two towns;
27 레위 가족의 게르손 자손에게는 므낫세 반 지파 중에서 살인자의 도피성 바산 골란과 그 목초지를 주었고 또 브에스드라와 그 목초지를 주었으니 두 성읍이요
27. 以色列人又從瑪拿西半支派的地業中將巴珊的哥蘭，就是誤殺人的逃城和屬城的郊野，給了利未支派革順的子孫又給他們比施提拉和屬城的郊野，共兩座城；
28 from the tribe of Issachar, Kishion, Daberath,
28 잇사갈 지파 중에서는 기시온과 그 목초지와 다브랏과 그 목초지와
28. 又從以薩迦支派的地業中給了他們基善和屬城的郊野，大比拉和屬城的郊野，
29 Jarmuth and En Gannim, together with their pasturelands--four towns;
29 야르뭇과 그 목초지와 엔 간님과 그 목초지를 주었으니 네 성읍이요
29. 耶末和屬城的郊野，隱干寧和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
30 from the tribe of Asher, Mishal, Abdon,
30 아셀 지파 중에서는 미살과 그 목초지와 압돈과 그 목초지와
30. 又從亞設支派的地業中給了他們米沙勒和屬城的郊野，押頓和屬城的郊野，
31 Helkath and Rehob, together with their pasturelands--four towns;
31 헬갓과 그 목초지와 르홉과 그 목초지를 주었으니 네 성읍이요
31. 黑甲和屬城的郊野，利合和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
32 from the tribe of Naphtali, Kedesh in Galilee (a city of refuge for one accused of murder), Hammoth Dor and Kartan, together with their pasturelands--three towns.
32 납달리 지파 중에서는 살인자의 도피성 갈릴리 게데스와 그 목초지를 주었고 또 함못 돌과 그 목초지와 가르단과 그 목초지를 주었으나 세 성읍이라
32. 又從拿弗他利支派的地業中將加利利的基低斯，就是誤殺人的逃城和屬城的郊野，給了他們；又給他們哈末多珥屬城的郊野，加珥坦和屬城的郊野，共三座城。
33 All the towns of the Gershonite clans were thirteen, together with their pasturelands.
33 게르손 사람이 그 가족대로 받은 성읍은 모두 열세 성읍과 그 목초지들이었더라
33. 革順人按著宗族所得的城，共十三座，還有屬城的郊野。
34 The Merarite clans (the rest of the Levites) were given: from the tribe of Zebulun, Jokneam, Kartah,
34 그 남은 레위 사람 므라리 자손의 가족들에게 준 것은 스불론 지파 중에서 욕느암과 그 목초지와 가르다와 그 목초지와
34. 其餘利未支派米拉利子孫，從西布倫支派的地業中所得的，就是約念和屬城的郊野，加珥他和屬城的郊野，
35 Dimnah and Nahalal, together with their pasturelands--four towns;
35 딤나와 그 목초지와 나할랄과 그 목초지이니 네 성읍이요
35. 丁拿和屬城的郊野，拿哈拉和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
36 from the tribe of Reuben, Bezer, Jahaz,
36 르우벤 지파 중에서 준 것은 베셀과 그 목초지와 야하스와 그 목초지와
36. 又從流便支派的地業中給了他們比悉和屬城的郊野，雅雜和屬城的郊野，
37 Kedemoth and Mephaath, together with their pasturelands--four towns;
37 그데못과 그 목초지와 므바앗과 그 목초지이니 네 성읍이요
37. 基底莫和屬城的郊野，米法押和屬城的郊野，共四座城；
38 from the tribe of Gad, Ramoth in Gilead (a city of refuge for one accused of murder), Mahanaim,
38 갓 지파 중에서 준 것은 살인자의 도피성 길르앗 라못과 그 목초지이요 또 마하나임과 그 목초지와
38. 又從迦得支派的地業中，將基列的拉末，就是誤殺人的逃城和屬城的郊野，給了他們；又給他們瑪哈念和屬城的野，
39 Heshbon and Jazer, together with their pasturelands--four towns in all.
39 헤스본과 그 목초지와 야셀과 그 목초지이니 모두 네 성읍이라
39. 希實本和屬城的郊野，雅謝和屬城的郊野，共四座城。
40 All the towns allotted to the Merarite clans, who were the rest of the Levites, were twelve.
40 이는 레위 가족의 남은 자 곧 므라리 자손이 그들의 가족대로 받은 성읍이니 그들이 제비 뽑아 얻은 성읍이 열두 성읍이었더라
40. 其餘利未支派的人，就是米拉利的子孫，按著宗族拈鬮所得的，共十二座城。
41 The towns of the Levites in the territory held by the Israelites were forty-eight in all, together with their pasturelands.
41 레위 사람들이 이스라엘 자손의 기업 중에서 받은 성읍은 모두 마흔여덟 성읍이요 또 그 목초지들이라
41. 利未人在以色列人的地業中所得的城，共四十八座，並有屬城的郊野。
42 Each of these towns had pasturelands surrounding it; this was true for all these towns.
42 이 각 성읍의 주위에 목초지가 있었고 모든 성읍이 다 그러하였더라
42. 這些城四圍都有屬城的郊野，城城都是如此。
43 So the LORD gave Israel all the land he had sworn to give their forefathers, and they took possession of it and settled there.
43 여호와께서 이스라엘의 조상들에게 맹세하사 주리라 하신 온 땅을 이와 같이 이스라엘에 게 다 주셨으므로 그들이 그것을 차지하여 거기에 거주하였으니
43. 這樣，耶和華將從前向他們列祖起誓所應許的全地賜給以色列人，他們就得了爲業，住在其中。
44 The LORD gave them rest on every side, just as he had sworn to their forefathers. Not one of their enemies withstood them; the LORD handed all their enemies over to them.
44 여호와께서 그들의 주위에 안식을 주셨으되 그 조상들에게 맹세하신 대로 하셨으므로 그들의 모든 원수들 중에 그들과 맞선 자가 하나도 없었으니 이는 여호와께서 그들의 모든 원 수들을 그들의 손에 넘겨 주셨음이니라
44. 耶和華照著向他們列祖起誓所應許的一切話，使他們四境平安；他們一切仇敵中，沒有一人在他們面前站立得住耶和華把一切仇敵都交在他們手中。
45 Not one of all the LORD'S good promises to the house of Israel failed; every one was fulfilled.
45 여호와께서 이스라엘 족속에게 말씀하신 선한 말씀이 하나도 남음이 없이 다 응하였더라
45. 耶和華應許賜福給以色列家的話一句也沒有落空，都應驗了。
