1 Of David. Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of those who do wrong;
1 악을 행하는 자들 때문에 불평하지 말며 불의를 행하는 자들을 시기하지 말지어다
1. （大衛的詩。）不要爲作惡的心懷不平，也不要向那行不義的生出嫉妒。
2 for like the grass they will soon wither, like green plants they will soon die away.
2 그들은 풀과 같이 속히 베임을 당할 것이며 푸른 채소 같이 쇠잔할 것임이로다
2. 因爲他們如草快被割下，又如靑菜快要枯乾。
3 Trust in the LORD and do good; dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
3 여호와를 의뢰하고 선을 행하라 땅에 머무는 동안 그의 성실을 먹을거리로 삼을지어다
3. 你當倚靠耶和華而行善，住在地上，以他的信實爲糧；
4 Delight yourself in the LORD and he will give you the desires of your heart.
4 또 여호와를 기뻐하라 그가 내 마음의 소원을 네게 이루어 주시로다
4. 又要以耶和華爲樂，他就將你心裏所求的賜給你。
5 Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him and he will do this:
5 네 길을 여호와께 맡기라 그를 의지하면 그가 이루시고
5. 當將你的事交託耶和華，並倚靠他，他就必成全。
6 He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
6 네 의를 빛 같이 나타내시며 네 공의를 정오의 빛 같이 하시리로다
6. 他要使你的公義如光發出，使你的公平明如正午。
7 Be still before the LORD and wait patiently for him; do not fret when men succeed in their ways, when they carry out their wicked schemes.
7 여호와 앞에 잠잠하고 참고 기다리라 자기 길이 형통하며 악한 죄를 이루는 자 때문에 불평하지 말지어다
7. 你當黙然倚靠耶和華，耐性等候他；不要因那道路通達的和那惡謀成就的心懷不平。
8 Refrain from anger and turn from wrath; do not fret--it leads only to evil.
8 분을 그치고 노를 버리며 불평하지 말라 오히려 악을 만들 뿐이라
8. 當止住怒氣，離棄忿怒；不要心懷不平，以致作惡。
9 For evil men will be cut off, but those who hope in the LORD will inherit the land.
9 진실로 악을 행하는 자들은 끊어질 것이나 여호와를 소망하는 자들은 땅을 차지하리로다
9. 因爲作惡的必被剪除；惟有等候耶和華的必承受地土。
10 A little while, and the wicked will be no more; though you look for them, they will not be found.
10 잠시 후에는 악인이 없어지리니 네가 그 곳을 자세히 살필지라도 없으리로다
10. 還有片時，惡人要歸於無有；你就是細察他的住處也要歸於無有。
11 But the meek will inherit the land and enjoy great peace.
11 그러나 온유한 자들은 땅을 차지하며 풍성한 화평으로 즐거워하리로다
11. 但謙卑人必承受地土，以豐盛的平安爲樂。
12 The wicked plot against the righteous and gnash their teeth at them;
12 악인이 의인 치기를 꾀하고 그를 향하여 그의 이를 가는도다
12. 惡人設謀害義人，又向他咬牙。
13 but the Lord laughs at the wicked, for he knows their day is coming.
13 그러나 주께서 그를 비웃으시리니 그의 날이 다가옴을 보심이로다
13. 主要笑他，因見他受罰的日子將要來到。
14 The wicked draw the sword and bend the bow to bring down the poor and needy, to slay those whose ways are upright.
14 악인이 칼을 빼고 활을 당겨 가난하고 궁핍한 자를 엎드러뜨리며 행위가 정직한 자를 죽이고자 하나
14. 惡人已經弓上弦，刀出鞘，要打倒困苦窮乏的人，要殺害行動正直的人。
15 But their swords will pierce their own hearts, and their bows will be broken.
15 그들의 칼은 오히려 그들의 양심을 찌르고 그들의 활은 부러지리로다
15. 他們的刀必刺入自己的心；他們的弓必被折斷。
16 Better the little that the righteous have than the wealth of many wicked;
16 의인의 적은 소유가 악인의 풍부함보다 낫도다
16. 一個義人所有的雖少，强過許多惡人的富餘。
17 for the power of the wicked will be broken, but the LORD upholds the righteous.
17 악인의 팔은 부러지나 의인은 여호와께서 붙드시는도다
17. 因爲惡人的膀臂必被折斷；但耶和華是扶持義人。
18 The days of the blameless are known to the LORD, and their inheritance will endure forever.
18 여호와께서 온전한 자의 날을 아시나니 그들의 기업은 영원하리로다
18. 耶和華知道完全人的日子；他們的産業要存到永遠。
19 In times of disaster they will not wither; in days of famine they will enjoy plenty.
19 그들은 환난 때에 부끄러움을 당하지 아니하며 기근의 날에도 풍족할 것이나
19. 他們在急難的時候不致羞愧，在饑荒的日子必得飽足。
20 But the wicked will perish: The LORD'S enemies will be like the beauty of the fields, they will vanish--vanish like smoke.
20 악인들은 멸망하고 여호와의 원수들은 어린 양의 기름 같이 타서 연기가 되어 없어지리로다
20. 惡人卻要滅亡。耶和華的仇敵要像羊羔的脂油（或譯：像草地的華美）；他們要消滅，要如煙消滅。
21 The wicked borrow and do not repay, but the righteous give generously;
21 악인은 꾸고 갚지 아니하나 의인은 은혜를 베풀고 주는도다
21. 惡人借貸而不償還；義人卻恩待人，並且施捨。
22 those the LORD blesses will inherit the land, but those he curses will be cut off.
22 주의 복을 받은 자들은 땅을 차지하고 주의 저주를 받은 자들은 끊어지리로다
22. 蒙耶和華賜福的必承受地土；被他咒詛的必被剪除。
23 If the LORD delights in a man's way, he makes his steps firm;
23 여호와께서 사람의 걸음을 정하시고 그의 길을 기뻐하시나니
23. 義人的脚步被耶和華立定；他的道路，耶和華也喜愛。
24 though he stumble, he will not fall, for the LORD upholds him with his hand.
24 그는 넘어지나 아주 엎드러지지 아니함은 여호와께서 그의 손으로 붙드심이로다
24. 他雖失脚也不至全身仆倒，因爲耶和華用手攙扶他（或譯：攙扶他的手）。
25 I was young and now I am old, yet I have never seen the righteous forsaken or their children begging bread.
25 내가 어려서부터 늙기까지 의인이 버림을 당하거나 그의 자손이 걸식함을 보지 못하였도다
25. 我從前年幼，現在年老，卻未見過義人被棄，也未見過他的後裔討飯。
26 They are always generous and lend freely; their children will be blessed.
26 그는 종일토록 은혜를 베풀고 꾸어 주니 그의 자손이 복을 받는도다
26. 他終日恩待人，借給人；他的後裔也蒙福！
27 Turn from evil and do good; then you will dwell in the land forever.
27 악에서 떠나 선을 행하라 그리하면 영원히 살리니
27. 你當離惡行善，就可永遠安居。
28 For the LORD loves the just and will not forsake his faithful ones. They will be protected forever, but the offspring of the wicked will be cut off;
28 여호와께서 정의를 사랑하시고 그의 성도를 버리지 아니하심이로다 그들은 영원히 보호를 받으나 악인의 자손은 끊어지리로다
28. 因爲，耶和華喜愛公平，不撇棄他的聖民；他們永蒙保佑，但惡人的後裔必被剪除。
29 the righteous will inherit the land and dwell in it forever.
29 의인이 땅을 차지함이여 거기서 영원히 살리로다
29. 義人必承受地土，永居其上。
30 The mouth of the righteous man utters wisdom, and his tongue speaks what is just.
30 의인의 입은 지혜로우며 그의 혀는 정의를 말하며
30. 義人的口談論智慧；他的舌頭講說公平。
31 The law of his God is in his heart; his feet do not slip.
31 그의 마음에는 하나님의 법이 있으니 그의 걸음은 실족함이 없으리로다
31. 神的律法在他心裏；他的脚總不滑跌。
32 The wicked lie in wait for the righteous, seeking their very lives;
32 악인의 의인을 엿보아 살해할 기회를 찾으나
32. 惡人窺探義人，想要殺他。
33 but the LORD will not leave them in their power or let them be condemned when brought to trial.
33 여호와는 그를 악인의 손에 버려 두지 아니하시고 재판 때에도 정죄하지 아니하시리로다
33. 耶和華必不撇他在惡人手中；當審判的時候，也不定他的罪。
34 Wait for the LORD and keep his way. He will exalt you to inherit the land; when the wicked are cut off, you will see it.
34 여호와를 바라고 그의 도를 지키라 그리하면 네가 땅을 차지하게 하실 것이라 악인이 끊어질 때에 네가 똑똑히 보리로다
34. 你當等候耶和華，遵守他的道，他就抬擧你，使你承受地土；惡人被剪除的時候，你必看見。
35 I have seen a wicked and ruthless man flourishing like a green tree in its native soil,
35 내가 악인의 큰 세력을 본즉 그 본래의 땅에 서 있는 나무 잎이 무성함과 같으나
35. 我見過惡人大有勢力，好像一根靑翠樹在本土生發。
36 but he soon passed away and was no more; though I looked for him, he could not be found.
36 내가 지나갈 때에 그는 없어졌나니 내가 찾아도 발견하지 못하였도다
36. 有人從那裏經過，不料，他沒有了；我也尋找他，卻尋不著。
37 Consider the blameless, observe the upright; there is a future for the man of peace.
37 온전한 사람을 살피고 정직한 자를 볼지어다 모든 화평한 자의 미래는 평안이로다
37. 你要細察那完全人，觀看那正直人，因爲和平人有好結局。
38 But all sinners will be destroyed; the future of the wicked will be cut off.
38 범죄자들은 함께 멸망하리니 악인의 미래는 끊어질 것이나
38. 至於犯法的人，必一同滅絶；惡人終必剪除。
39 The salvation of the righteous comes from the LORD; he is their stronghold in time of trouble.
39 의인들의 구원은 여호와로부터 오나니 그는 환난 때에 그들의 요새이시로다
39. 但義人得救是由於耶和華；他在患難時作他們的營寨。
40 The LORD helps them and delivers them; he delivers them from the wicked and saves them, because they take refuge in him.
40 여호와께서 그들을 도와 건지시되 악인들에게서 건져 구원하심은 그를 의지한 까닭이로다
40. 耶和華幇助他們，解救他們；他解救他們脫離惡人，把他們救出來，因爲他們投靠他。
