1 Marshal your troops, O city of troops, for a siege is laid against us. They will strike Israel's ruler on the cheek with a rod.
1 딸 군대여 너는 때를 모을지어다 그들이 우리를 에워쌌으니 막대기로 이스라엘 재판자의 뺨을 치리로다
1. 成群的民（原文是女子）那，現在你要聚集成隊；因爲仇敵圍攻我們，要用杖擊打以色列審判者的臉。
2 "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, though you are small among the clans of Judah, out of you will come for me one who will be ruler over Israel, whose origins are from of old, from ancient times."
2 베들레헴 에브라다야 너는 유다 족속 중에 작을지라도 이스라엘을 다스릴 자가 네게서 내게로 나올 것이라 그의 근본은 상고에, 영원에 있느니라
2. 伯利恆、以法他阿，你在猶大諸城中爲小，將來必有一位從你那裏出來，在以色列中爲我作掌權的；他的根源從古，從太初就有。
3 Therefore Israel will be abandoned until the time when she who is in labor gives birth and the rest of his brothers return to join the Israelites.
3 그러므로 여인이 해산하기까지 그들을 붙여 두시겠고 그 후에는 그의 형제 가운데에 남은 자가 이스라엘 자손에게로 돌아오리니
3. 耶和華必將以色列人交付敵人，直等那生産的婦人生下子來。那時掌權者（原文是他）其餘的弟兄必歸到以色列那裏。
4 He will stand and shepherd his flock in the strength of the LORD, in the majesty of the name of the LORD his God. And they will live securely, for then his greatness will reach to the ends of the earth.
4 그가 여호와의 능력과 그의 하나님 여호와의 이름의 위엄을 의지하고 서서 목축하니 그들이 거주할 것이라 이제 그가 창대하여 땅 끝까지 미치리라
4. 他必起來，倚靠耶和華的大能，並耶和華─他神之名的威嚴，牧養他的羊群。他們要安然居住；因爲他必日見尊，直到地極。
5 And he will be their peace. When the Assyrian invades our land and marches through our fortresses, we will raise against him seven shepherds, even eight leaders of men.
5 이 사람은 평강이 될 것이라 앗수르 사람이 우리 땅에 들어와서 우리 궁들을 밟을 때에는 우리가 일곱 목자와 여덟 군왕을 일으켜 그를 치리니
5. 這位必作我們的平安。當亞述人進入我們的地境，踐踏宮殿的時候，我們就立起七個牧者，八個首領攻擊他。
6 They will rule the land of Assyria with the sword, the land of Nimrod with drawn sword. He will deliver us from the Assyrian when he invades our land and marches into our borders.
6 그들이 칼로 앗수르 땅을 황폐하게 하며 니므롯 땅 어귀를 황폐하게 하리라 앗수르 사람이 우리 땅에 들어와서 우리 지경을 밟을 때에는 그가 우리를 그에게서 건져내리라
6. 他們必用刀劍燬壞亞述地和寧錄地的關口。亞述人進入我們的地境踐踏的時候，他必拯救我們。
7 The remnant of Jacob will be in the midst of many peoples like dew from the LORD, like showers on the grass, which do not wait for man or linger for mankind.
7 야곱의 남은 자는 많은 백성 가운데 있으리니 그들은 여호와께로부터 내리는 이슬 같고 풀 위에 내리는 단비 같아서 사람을 기다리지 아니하며 인생을 기다리지 아니할 것이며
7. 雅各餘剩的人必在多國的民中，如從耶和華那裏降下的露水，又如甘霖降在草上；不仗賴人力，也不等候世人之。
8 The remnant of Jacob will be among the nations, in the midst of many peoples, like a lion among the beasts of the forest, like a young lion among flocks of sheep, which mauls and mangles as it goes, and no one can rescue.
8 야곱의 남은 자는 여러 나라 가운데와 많은 백성 가운데에 있으리니 그들은 수풀의 짐승들 중의 사자 같고 양 떼 중의 젊은 사자 같아서 만일 그가 지나간 즉 밟고 찢으리니 능히 구원할 자가 없을 것이라
8. 雅各餘剩的人必在多國多民中，如林間百獸中的獅子，又如少壯獅子在羊群中。他若經過就必踐踏撕裂，無人搭。
9 Your hand will be lifted up in triumph over your enemies, and all your foes will be destroyed.
9 네 손이 네 대적들 위에 들려서 네 모든 원수를 진멸하기를 바라노라 하시더라
9. 願你的手擧起，高過敵人！願你的仇敵都被剪除！
10 "In that day," declares the LORD, "I will destroy your horses from among you and demolish your chariots.
10 여호와께서 이르시되 그 날에 이르러는 내가 네 군마를 네 가운데에서 멸절하며 네 병거를 부수며
10. 耶和華說：到那日，我必從你中間剪除馬匹，燬壞車輛，
11 I will destroy the cities of your land and tear down all your strongholds.
11 네 땅의 성읍들을 멸하며 네 모든 견고한 성을 무너뜨릴 것이며
11. 也必從你國中除滅城邑，拆燬一切的保障，
12 I will destroy your witchcraft and you will no longer cast spells.
12 내가 또 복술을 네 손에서 끊으리니 네게 다시는 점쟁이가 없게 될 것이며
12. 又必除掉你手中的邪術；你那裏也不再有占卜的。
13 I will destroy your carved images and your sacred stones from among you; you will no longer bow down to the work of your hands.
13 내가 네가 새긴 우상과 주상을 너희 가운데에서 멸절하리니 네가 네 손으로 만든 것을 다시는 섬기지 아니하리라
13. 我必從你中間除滅雕刻的偶像和柱像，你就不再跪拜自己手所造的。
14 I will uproot from among you your Asherah poles and demolish your cities.
14 내가 또 네 아세라 목상을 너희 가운데에서 내버리고 네 성읍들을 멸할 것이며
14. 我必從你中間拔出木偶，又燬滅你的城邑。
15 I will take vengeance in anger and wrath upon the nations that have not obeyed me."
15 내가 또 진노와 분노로 순종하지 아니한 나라에 갚으리라 하셨느니라
15. 我也必在怒氣和忿怒中向那不聽從的列國施報。
