1 For the director of music. A psalm of David. Blessed is he who has regard for the weak; the LORD delivers him in times of trouble.
1 가난한 자를 보살피는 자에게 복이 있음이여 재앙의 날에 여호와께서 그를 건지시리로다
1. （大衛的詩，交與伶長。）眷顧貧窮的有福了！他遭難的日子，耶和華必搭救他。

 

2 The LORD will protect him and preserve his life; he will bless him in the land and not surrender him to the desire of his foes.
2 여호와께서 그를 지키사 살게 하시리니 그가 이 세상에서 복을 받을 것이라 주여 그를 그 원수들의 뜻에 맡기지 마소서
2. 耶和華必保全他，使他存活；他必在地上享福。求你不要把他交給仇敵，遂其所願。

 

3 The LORD will sustain him on his sickbed and restore him from his bed of illness.
3 여호와께서 그를 병상에서 붙드시고 그가 누워 있을 때마다 그의 병을 고쳐 주시나이다
3. 他病重在榻，耶和華必扶持他；他在病中，你必給他鋪床。

 

4 I said, "O LORD, have mercy on me; heal me, for I have sinned against you."
4 내가 말하기를 여호와여 내게 은혜를 베푸소서 내가 주께 범죄하였사오니 나를 고치소서 하였나이다
4. 我曾說：耶和華阿，求你憐恤我，醫治我！因爲我得罪了你。

 

5 My enemies say of me in malice, "When will he die and his name perish?"
5 나의 원수가 내게 대하여 악담하기를 그가 어느 때에나 죽고 그의 이름이 언제나 없어질까 하며
5. 我的仇敵用惡言議論我說：他幾時死，他的名纔滅亡呢？

 

6 Whenever one comes to see me, he speaks falsely, while his heart gathers slander; then he goes out and spreads it abroad.
6 나를 보러 와서는 거짓을 말하고 그의 중심에 악을 쌓았다가 나가서는 이를 널리 선포하오며
6. 他來看我就說假話；他心存奸惡，走到外邊纔說出來。

 

7 All my enemies whisper together against me; they imagine the worst for me, saying,
7 나를 미워하는 자가 다 하나같이 내게 대하여 수군거리고 나를 해하려고 꾀하며
7. 一切恨我的，都交頭接耳地議論我；他們設計要害我。

 

8 "A vile disease has beset him; he will never get up from the place where he lies."
8 이르기를 악한 병이 그에게 들었으니 이제 그가 눕고 다시 일어나지 못하리라 하오며
8. 他們說：有怪病貼在他身上；他已躺臥，必不能再起來。

 

9 Even my close friend, whom I trusted, he who shared my bread, has lifted up his heel against me.
9 내가 신뢰하여 내 떡을 나눠 먹던 나의 가까운 친구도 나를 대적하여 그의 발꿈치를 들었나이다
9. 連我知己的朋友，我所倚靠、喫過我飯的也用脚踢我。

 

10 But you, O LORD, have mercy on me; raise me up, that I may repay them.
10 그러하오나 주 여호와여 내게 은혜를 베푸시고 나를 일으키사 내가 그들에게 보응하게 하소서 이로써
10. 耶和華阿，求你憐恤我，使我起來，好報復他們！

 

11 I know that you are pleased with me, for my enemy does not triumph over me.
11 내 원수가 나를 이기지 못하오니 주께서 나를 기뻐하시는 줄을 내가 알았나이다
11. 因我的仇敵不得向我誇勝，我從此便知道你喜愛我。

 

12 In my integrity you uphold me and set me in your presence forever.
12 주께서 나를 온전한 중에 붙드시고 영원히 주 앞에 세우시나이다
12. 你因我純正就扶持我，使我永遠站在你的面前。

 

13 Praise be to the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting. Amen and Amen.
13 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와를 영원부터 영원까지 송축할지로다 아멘 아멘
13. 耶和華─以色列的神是應當稱頌的，從亘古直到永遠。阿們！阿們！
