1 Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, who rely on horses, who trust in the multitude of their chariots and in the great strength of their horsemen, but do not look to the Holy One of Israel, or seek help from the LORD.
1 도움을 구하러 애굽으로 내려가는 자들은 화 있을진저 그들은 말을 의지하며 병거의 많음과 마병의 심히 강함을 의지하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 이를 앙모하지 아니하며 여호와를 구하지 아니하나니
1. 禍哉！那些下埃及求幇助的，是因仗賴馬匹，倚靠甚多的車輛，並倚靠强壯的馬兵，卻不仰望以色列的聖者，也求問耶和華。
2 Yet he too is wise and can bring disaster; he does not take back his words. He will rise up against the house of the wicked, against those who help evildoers.
2 여호와께서도 지혜로우신즉 재앙을 내리실 것이라 그의 말씀들을 변하게 하지 아니하시고 일어나사 악행하는 자들의 집을 치시며 행악을 돕는 자들을 치시리니
2. 其實，耶和華有智慧；他必降災禍，並不反悔自己的話，卻要興起攻擊那作惡之家，又攻擊那作孽幇助人的。
But the Egyptians are men and not God; their horses are flesh and not spirit. When the LORD stretches out his hand, he who helps will stumble, he who is helped will fall; both will perish together.
3 애굽은 사람이요 신이 아니며 그의 말들은 육체요 영이 아니라 여호와께서 그의 손을 드시면 돕는 자도 넘어지며 도움을 받는 자도 엎드러져서 다 함께 멸망하리라
3. 埃及人不過是人，並不是神；他們的馬不過是血肉，並不是靈。耶和華一伸手，那幇助人的必絆跌，那受幇助的必跌倒，都一同滅亡。
4 This is what the LORD says to me: "As a lion growls, a great lion over his prey--and though a whole band of shepherds is called together against him, he is not frightened by their shouts or disturbed by their clamor--so the LORD Almighty will come down to do battle on Mount Zion and on its heights.
4 여호와께서 이같이 내게 이르시되 큰 사자나 젊은 사자가 자기의 먹이를 움키고 으르렁거릴 때에 그것을 치려고 여러 목자를 불러 왔다 할지라도 그것이 그들의 소리로 말미암아 놀라지 아니할 것이요 그들의 떠듦으로 말미암아 굴복하지 아니할 것이라 이와 같이 나 만군의 여호와가 강림하여 시온 산과 그 언덕에서 싸울 것이라
4. 耶和華對我如此說：獅子和少壯獅子護食咆哮，就是喊許多牧人來攻擊他，他總不因他們的聲音驚惶，也不因他的喧嘩縮伏。如此，萬軍之耶和華也必降臨在錫安山岡爭戰。
5 Like birds hovering overhead, the LORD Almighty will shield Jerusalem; he will shield it and deliver it, he will 'pass over' it and will rescue it."
5 새가 날개 치며 그 새끼를 보호함 같이 나 만군의 여호와가 예루살렘을 보호할 것이라 그것을 호위하며 건지며 뛰어넘어 구원하리라 하셨느니라
5. 雀鳥怎樣搧翅覆雛，萬軍之耶和華也要照樣保護耶路撒冷。他必保護拯救，要越門保守。
6 Return to him you have so greatly revolted against, O Israelites.
6 이스라엘 자손들아 너희는 심히 거역하던 자에게로 돌아오라
6. 以色列人那，你們深深地悖逆耶和華，現今要歸向他。
7 For in that day every one of you will reject the idols of silver and gold your sinful hands have made.
7 너희가 자기 손으로 만들어 범죄한 은우상, 금우상을 그 날에는 각 사람이 던져 버릴 것이며
7. 到那日，各人必將他金偶像銀偶像，就是親手所造、陷自己在罪中的，都抛棄了。
8 "Assyria will fall by a sword that is not of man; a sword, not of mortals, will devour them. They will flee before the sword and their young men will be put to forced labor.
8 앗수르는 칼에 엎더질 것이나 사람의 칼로 말미암음이 아니겠고 칼에 삼켜질 것이나 사람의 칼로 말미암음이 아닐 것이며 그는 칼 앞에서 도망할 것이요 그의 장정들은 복역하는 자가 될 것이라
8. 亞述人必倒在刀下，並非人的刀；有刀要將他呑滅，並非人的刀。他必逃避這刀；他的少年人必成爲服苦的。
9 Their stronghold will fall because of terror; at sight of the battle standard their commanders will panic," declares the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, whose furnace is in Jerusalem.
9 그의 반석은 두려움으로 말미암아 물러가겠고 그의 고관들은 기치로 말미암아 놀라리라 이는 여호와의 말씀이라 여호와의 불은 시온에 있고 여호와의 풀무는 예루살렘에 있느라
9. 他的磐石必因驚嚇挪去；他的首領必因大旗驚惶。這是那有火在錫安、有爐在耶路撒冷的耶和華說的。
