1 Bel bows down, Nebo stoops low; their idols are borne by beasts of burden. The images that are carried about are burdensome, a burden for the weary.
1 벨은 엎드러졌고 느보는 구부러졌도다 그들의 우상들은 짐승과 가축에게 실렸으니 너희가 떠메고 다니던 그것들이 피곤한 짐승의 무거운 짐이 되었도다
1. 彼勒屈身，尼波彎腰；巴比倫的偶像馱在獸和牲畜上。他們所抬的如今成了重馱，使牲畜疲乏，
2 They stoop and bow down together; unable to rescue the burden, they themselves go off into captivity.
2 그들은 구부러졌고 그들은 일제히 엎드러졌으므로 그 짐을 구하여 내지 못하고 자기들도 잡혀 갔느니라
2. 都一同彎腰屈身，不能保全重馱，自己倒被擄去。
3 "Listen to me, O house of Jacob, all you who remain of the house of Israel, you whom I have upheld since you were conceived, an have carried since your birth.
3 야곱의 집이여 이스라엘 집에 남은 모든 자여 내게 들을지어다 배에서 태어남으로부터 내게 안겼고 태에서 남으로부터 내게 업힌 너희여
3. 雅各家，以色列家一切餘剩的要聽我言：你們自從生下，就蒙我保抱，自從出胎，便蒙我懷搋。
4 Even to your old age and gray hairs I am he, I am he who will sustain you. I have made you and I will carry you; I will sustain you and I will rescue you.
4 너희가 노년에 이르기까지 내가 그리하겠고 백발이 되기까지 내가 너희를 품을 것이라 내가 지었은즉 업을 것이요 니가 품고 구하여 내리라
4. 直到你們年老，我仍這樣；直到你們髮白，我仍懷搋。我已造作，也必保抱；我必懷抱，也必拯救。
5 "To whom will you compare me or count me equal? To whom will you liken me that we may be compared?
5 너희가 나를 누구에 비기며 누구와 짝하며 누구와 비교하여 서로 같다 하겠느냐
5. 你們將誰與我相比，與我同等，可以與我比較，使我們相同呢？
6 Some pour out gold from their bags and weigh out silver on the scales; they hire a goldsmith to make it into a god, and they bow down and worship it.
6 사람들이 주머니에서 금을 쏟아 내며 은을 저울에 달아 도금장이에게 주고 그것으로 신을 만들게 하고 그것에게 엎드려 경배하며
6. 那從囊中抓金子，用天平平銀子的人，雇銀匠製造神像，他們又俯伏，又叩拜。
7 They lift it to their shoulders and carry it; they set it up in its place, and there it stands. From that spot it cannot move. Though one cries out to it, it does not answer; it cannot save him from his troubles.
7 그것을 들어 어깨에 메어다가 그의 처소에 두면 그것이 서 있고 거기에서 능히 움직이지 못하며 그에게 부르짖어도 능히 응답하지 못하며 고난에서 구하여 내지도 못하느니라
7. 他們將神像抬起，扛在肩上，安置在定處，他就站立，不離本位；人呼求他，他不能答應，也不能救人脫離患難。
8 "Remember this, fix it in mind, take it to heart, you rebels.
8 너희 패역한 자들아 이 일을 기억하고 장부가 되라 이 일을 마음에 두라
8. 你們當想念這事，自己作大丈夫。悖逆的人那，要心裏思想。
9 Remember the former things, those of long ago; I am God, and there is no other; I am God, and there is none like me.
9 너희는 옛적 일을 기억하라 나는 하나님이라 나 외에 다른 이가 없느니라 나는 하나님이라 나 같은 이가 없느니라
9. 你們要追念上古的事。因爲我是神，並無別神；我是神，再沒有能比我的。
10 I make known the end from the beginning, from ancient times, what is still to come. I say: My purpose will stand, and I will do all that I please.
10 내가 시초부터 종말을 알리며 아직 이루지 아니한 일을 옛적부터 보이고 이르기를 나의 뜻이 설 것이니 내가 나의 모든 기뻐하는 것을 이루리라 하였노라
10. 我從起初指明末後的事，從古時言明未成的事，說：我的籌算必立定；凡我所喜悅的，我必成就。
11 From the east I summon a bird of prey; from a far-off land, a man to fulfill my purpose. What I have said, that will I bring about; what I have planned, that will I do.
11 내가 동쪽에서 사나운 날짐승을 부르며 먼 나라에서 나의 뜻을 이룰 사람을 부를 것이라 내가 말하였은즉 반드시 이룰 것이요 계획하였은즉 반드시 시행하리라
11. 我召鷙鳥從東方來，召那成就我籌算的人從遠方來。我已說出，也必成就；我已謀定，也必作成。
12 Listen to me, you stubborn-hearted, you who are far from righteousness.
12 마음이 완악하여 공의에서 멀리 떠난 너희여 내게 들으라
12. 你們這些心中頑梗、遠離公義的，當聽我言。
13 I am bringing my righteousness near, it is not far away; and my salvation will not be delayed. I will grant salvation to Zion, my splendor to Israel.
13 내가 나의 공의를 가깝게 할 것인즉 그것이 멀지 아니하나니 나의 구원이 지체하지 아니할 것이라 내가 나의 영광인 이스라엘을 위하여 구원을 시온에 베풀리라
13. 我使我的公義臨近，必不遠離。我的救恩必不遲延；我要爲以色列─我的榮耀，在錫安施行救恩。
