1 A few days later, when Jesus again entered Capernaum, the people heard that he had come home.
1 수 일 후에 예수께서 다시 가버나움에 들어가시니 집에 계시다는 소문이 들린지라
1. 過了些日子，耶穌又進了迦百農。人聽見他在房子裏，
2 So many gathered that there was no room left, not even outside the door, and he preached the word to them.
2 많은 사람이 모여서 문 앞까지도 들어설 자리가 없게 되었는데 예수께서 그들에게 도를 말씀하시더니
2. 就有許多人聚集，甚至連門前都沒有空地；耶穌就對他們講道。
3 Some men came, bringing to him a paralytic, carried by four of them.
3 사람들이 한 중풍병자를 네 사람에게 메워 가지고 예수께로 올새
3. 有人帶著一個癱子來見耶穌，是用四個人抬來的；
4 Since they could not get him to Jesus because of the crowd, they made an opening in the roof above Jesus and, after digging through it, lowered the mat the paralyzed man was lying on.
4 무리를 때문에 예수께 데려갈 수 없으므로 그 계신 곳의 지붕을 뜯어 구멍을 내고 중풍병자의 누운 상을 달아 내리니
4. 因爲人多，不得近前，就把耶穌所在的房子，拆了房頂，旣拆通了，就把癱子連所躺臥的褥子都縋下來。
5 When Jesus saw their faith, he said to the paralytic, "Son, your sins are forgiven."
5 예수께서 그들의 믿음을 보시고 중풍병자에게 이르시되 작은 자야 네 죄 사함을 받았느니라 하시니
5. 耶穌見他們的信心，就對癱子說：小子，你的罪赦了。
6 Now some teachers of the law were sitting there, thinking to themselves,
6 어떤 서기관들이 거기 앉아서 마음에 생각하기를
6. 有幾個文士坐在那裏，心裏議論，說：
7 "Why does this fellow talk like that? He's blaspheming! Who can forgive sins but God alone?"
7 이 사람이 어찌 이렇게 말하는가 신성 모독이로다 오직 하나님 한 분 외에는 누가 능히 죄를 사하겠느냐
7. 這個人爲甚麽這樣說呢？他說僭妄的話了。除了神以外，誰能赦罪呢？
8 Immediately Jesus knew in his spirit that this was what they were thinking in their hearts, and he said to them, "Why are you thinking these things?
8 그들이 속으로 이렇게 생각하는 줄을 예수께서 곧 중심에 아시고 이르시되 어찌하여 이것을 마음에 생각하느냐
8. 耶穌心中知道他們心裏這樣議論，就說：你們心裏爲甚麽這樣議論呢？
9 Which is easier: to say to the paralytic, 'Your sins are forgiven,' or to say, 'Get up, take your mat and walk'?
9 중풍병자에게 네 죄 사함을 받았느니라 하는 말과 일어나 네 상을 가지고 걸어가라 하는 말 중에서 어느 것이 쉽겠느냐
9. 或對癱子說你的罪赦了，或說起來！拿你的褥子行走；那一樣容易呢？
10 But that you may know that the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins. . . ." He said to the paralytic,
10 그러나 인자가 땅에서 죄를 사하는 권세가 있는 줄을 너희로 알게 하려 하노라 하시고 중풍병자에게 말씀하시되
10. 但要叫你們知道，人子在地上有赦罪的權柄。就對癱子說：
11 "I tell you, get up, take your mat and go home."
11 내가 네게 이르노니 일어나 네 상을 가지고 집으로 가라 하시니
11. 我吩咐你，起來！拿你的褥子回家去罷。
12 He got up, took his mat and walked out in full view of them all. This amazed everyone and they praised God, saying, "We have never seen anything like this!"
12 그가 일어나 곧 상을 가지고 모든 사람 앞에서 나가거늘 그들이 다 놀라 하나님께 영광을 돌리며 이르되 우리가 이런 일을 도무지 보지 못하였다 하더라
12. 那人就起來，立刻拿著褥子，當衆人面前出去了，以致衆人都驚奇，歸榮耀與神，說：我們從來沒有見過這樣的！
13 Once again Jesus went out beside the lake. A large crowd came to him, and he began to teach them.
13 예수께서 다시 바닷가에 나가시매 큰 무리가 나왔거늘 예수께서 그들을 가르치시니라
13. 耶穌又出到海邊去，衆人都就了他來，他便敎訓他們。
14 As he walked along, he saw Levi son of Alphaeus sitting at the tax collector's booth. "Follow me," Jesus told him, and Levi got up and followed him.
14 또 지나가시다가 알패오의 아들 레위가 세관에 앉아 있는 것을 보시고 그에게 이르시되 나를 따르라 하시니 일어나 따르니라
14. 耶穌經過的時候，看見亞勒腓的兒子利未坐在稅關上，就對他說：你跟從我來。他就起來，跟從了耶穌。
15 While Jesus was having dinner at Levi's house, many tax collectors and "sinners" were eating with him and his disciples, for there were many who followed him.
15 그의 집에 앉아 잡수실 때에 많은 세리와 죄인들이 예수와 그의 제자들과 함께 앉았으니 이는 그러한 사람들이 많이 있어서 예수를 따름이러라
15. 耶穌在利未家裏坐席的時候，有好些稅吏和罪人與耶穌並門徒一同坐席；因爲這樣的人多，他們也跟隨耶穌。
16 When the teachers of the law who were Pharisees saw him eating with the "sinners" and tax collectors, they asked his disciples: "Why does he eat with tax collectors and 'sinners'?"
16 바리새인의 서기관들이 예수께서 죄인 및 세리들과 함께 잡수시는 것을 보고 그의 제자들에게 이르되 어찌하여 세리 및 죄인들과 함께 먹는가
16. 法利賽人中的文士（有古卷：文士和法利賽人）看見耶穌和罪人並稅吏一同喫飯，就對他門徒說：他和稅吏並罪一同喫喝麽？
17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, "It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners."
17 예수께서 들으시고 그들에게 이르시되 건강한 자에게는 의사가 쓸 데 없고 병든 자에게라야 쓸 데 있느니라 나는 의인을 부르러 온 것이 아니요 죄인을 부르러 왔노라 하시니라
17. 耶穌聽見，就對他們說：康健的人用不著醫生，有病的人纔用得著。我來本不是召義人，乃是召罪人。
18 Now John's disciples and the Pharisees were fasting. Some people came and asked Jesus, "How is it that John's disciples and the disciples of the Pharisees are fasting, but yours are not?"
18 요한의 제자들과 바리새인들이 금식하고 있는지라 사람들이 예수께 와서 말하되 요한의 제자들과 바리세인의 제자들은 금식하는데 어찌하여 당신의 제자들은 금식하지 아니하나이까
18. 當下，約翰的門徒和法利賽人禁食。他們來問耶穌說：約翰的門徒和法利賽人的門徒禁食，你的門徒倒不禁食，是爲甚麽呢？
19 Jesus answered, "How can the guests of the bridegroom fast while he is with them? They cannot, so long as they have him with them.
19 예수께서 그들에게 이르시되 혼인집 손님들이 신랑과 함께 있을 때에 금식할 수 있느냐 신랑과 함께 있을 동안에는 금식할 수 없느니라
19. 耶穌對他們說：新郎和陪伴之人同在的時候，陪伴之人豈能禁食呢？新郎還同在，他們不能禁食。
20 But the time will come when the bridegroom will be taken from them, and on that day they will fast.
20 그러나 신랑을 빼앗길 날이 이르리니 그 날에는 금식할 것이니라
20. 但日子將到，新郎要離開他們，那日他們就要禁食。
21 "No one sews a patch of unshrunk cloth on an old garment. If he does, the new piece will pull away from the old, making the tear worse.
21 생베 조각을 낡은 옷에 붙이는 자가 없나니 만일 그렇게 하면 기운 새 것이 낡은 그것을 당기어 해어짐이 더하게 되느니라
21. 沒有人把新布縫在舊衣服上，恐怕所補上的新布帶壞了舊衣服，破的就更大了。
22 And no one pours new wine into old wineskins. If he does, the wine will burst the skins, and both the wine and the wineskins will be ruined. No, he pours new wine into new wineskins."
22 새 포도주를 낡은 가죽 부대에 넣는 자가 없나니 만일 그렇게 하면 새 포도주가 부대를 터뜨려 포도주와 부대를 버리게 되리라 오직 새 포도주는 새 부대에 넣느니라 하시니라
22. 也沒有人把新酒裝在舊皮袋裏，恐怕酒把皮袋裂開，酒和皮袋就都壞了；惟把新酒裝在新皮袋裏。
23 One Sabbath Jesus was going through the grainfields, and as his disciples walked along, they began to pick some heads of grain.
23 안식일에 예수께서 밀밭 사이로 지나가실새 그의 제자들이 길을 열며 이삭을 자르니
23. 耶穌當安息日從麥地經過。他門徒行路的時候，掐了麥穗。
24 The Pharisees said to him, "Look, why are they doing what is unlawful on the Sabbath?"
24 바리새인들이 예수께 말하되 보시오 저들이 어찌하여 안식일에 하지 못할 일을 하나이까
24. 法利賽人對耶穌說：看哪，他們在安息日爲甚麽作不可作的事呢？
25 He answered, "Have you never read what David did when he and his companions were hungry and in need?
25 예수께서 이르시되 다윗이 자기와 및 함께 한 자들이 먹을 것이 없어 시장할 때에 한 일을 읽지 못하였느냐
25. 耶穌對他們說：經上記著大衛和跟從他的人缺乏飢餓之時所作的事，你們沒有念過麽？
26 In the days of Abiathar the high priest, he entered the house of God and ate the consecrated bread, which is lawful only for priests to eat. And he also gave some to his companions."
26 그가 아비아달 대제사장 때에 하나님의 전에 들어가서 제사장 외에는 먹어서는 안되는 진설병을 먹고 함께 한 자들에게도 주지 아니하였느냐
26. 他當亞比亞他作大祭司的時候，怎麽進了神的殿，喫了陳設餅，又給跟從他的人喫。這餅除了祭司以外，人都不喫。
27 Then he said to them, "The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath.
27 또 이르시되 안식일이 사람을 위하여 있는 것이요 사람이 안식일을 위하여 있는 것이 아니니
27. 又對他們說：安息日是爲人設立的，人不是爲安息日設立的。
28 So the Son of Man is Lord even of the Sabbath."
28 이러므로 인자는 안식일에도 주인이니라
28. 所以，人子也是安息日的主。
