1 Josiah celebrated the Passover to the LORD in Jerusalem, and the Passover lamb was slaughtered on the fourteenth day of the first month.
1 요시야가 예루살렘에서 여호와께 유월절을 지켜 첫째 달 열넷째 날에 유월절 어린 양을 잡으니라
1. 約西亞在耶路撒冷向耶和華守逾越節。正月十四日，就宰了逾越節的羊羔。
2 He appointed the priests to their duties and encouraged them in the service of the LORD'S temple.
2 왕이 제사장들에게 그들의 직분을 맡기고 격려하여 여호와의 전에서 직무를 수행하게 하고
2. 王分派祭司各盡其職，又勉勵他們辦耶和華殿中的事；
3 He said to the Levites, who instructed all Israel and who had been consecrated to the LORD: "Put the sacred ark in the temple that Solomon son of David king of Israel built. It is not to be carried about on your shoulders. Now serve the LORD your God and his people Israel.
3 또 여호와 앞에 구별되어서 온 이스라엘을 가르치는 레위 사람에게 이르되 거룩한 궤를 이스라엘 왕 다윗의 아들 솔로몬이 건축한 전 가운데 두고 다시는 너희 어깨에 메지 말고 마땅히 너희의 하나님 여호와와 그이 백성 이스라엘을 섬길 것이라
3. 又對那歸耶和華爲聖、敎訓以色列人的利未人說：你們將聖約櫃安放在以色列王大衛兒子所羅門建造的殿裏，不再用肩扛抬。現在要事奉耶和華─你們的神，服事他的以色列。
4 Prepare yourselves by families in your divisions, according to the directions written by David king of Israel and by his son Solomon.
4 너희는 이스라엘 왕 다윗의 글과 다윗의 아들 솔로몬의 글을 준행하여 너희 족속대로 반열을 따라 스스로 준비하고
4. 你們應當按著宗族，照著班次，遵以色列王大衛和他兒子所羅門所寫的，自己豫備。
5 "Stand in the holy place with a group of Levites for each subdivision of the families of your fellow countrymen, the lay people.
5 너희 형제 모든 백성의 족속의 서열대로 또는 레위 족속의 서열대로 성소에 서서
5. 要按著你們的弟兄，這民宗族的班次，站在聖所，每班中要利未宗族的幾個人。
6 Slaughter the Passover lambs, consecrate yourselves and prepare the lambs for your fellow countrymen, doing what the LORD commanded through Moses."
6 스스로 성결하게 하고 유월절 어린양을 잡아 너희 형제들을 위하여 준비하되 여호와께서 모세를 통하여 전하신 말씀을 따라 행할지니라
6. 要宰逾越節的羊羔，潔淨自己，爲你們的弟兄豫備了，好遵守耶和華藉摩西所吩咐的話。
7 Josiah provided for all the lay people who were there a total of thirty thousand sheep and goats for the Passover offerings, and also three thousand cattle--all from the king's own possessions.
7 요시야가 그 모인 모든 이를 위하여 백성들에게 자기의 소유 양 떼 중에서 어린 양과 어린 염소 삼만 마리와 수소 삼천 마리를 내어 유월절 제물로 주매
7. 約西亞從群畜中賜給在那裏所有的人民，綿羊羔和山羊羔三萬隻，牛三千隻，作逾越節的祭物；這都是出自王的業中。
8 His officials also contributed voluntarily to the people and the priests and Levites. Hilkiah, Zechariah and Jehiel, the administrators of God's temple, gave the priests twenty-six hundred Passover offerings and three hundred cattle.
8 방백들도 즐거이 희생을 드려 백성과 제사장들과 레위 사람들에게 주었고 하나님의 전을 주장하는 자 힐기야와 스가랴와 여히엘은 제사장들에게 양 이천육백 마리와 수소 삼백 마리를 유월절 제물로 주었고
8. 約西亞的衆首領也樂意將犠牲給百姓和祭司利未人；又有管理神殿的希勒家、撒迦利亞、耶歇將羊羔二千六百隻牛三百隻，給祭司作逾越節的祭物。
9 Also Conaniah along with Shemaiah and Nethanel, his brothers, and Hashabiah, Jeiel and Jozabad, the leaders of the Levites, provided five thousand Passover offerings and five hundred head of cattle for the Levites.
9 또 레위 사람들의 우두머리들 곧 고나냐와 그의 형제 스마야와 느다넬과 또 하사뱌와 여이엘과 요사밧은 양 오천 마리와 수소 오백 마리를 레위 사람들에게 유월절 제물로 주었더라
9. 利未人的族長歌楠雅和他兩個兄弟示瑪雅、拿坦業，與哈沙比雅、耶利、約撒拔將羊羔五千隻，牛五百隻，給利人作逾越節的祭物。
10 The service was arranged and the priests stood in their places with the Levites in their divisions as the king had ordered.
10 이와 같이 섬길 일이 구비되매 왕의 명령을 따라 제사장들은 그들의 처소에 서고 레위 사람들은 그들의 반열대로 서고
10. 這樣，供獻的事齊備了。祭司站在自己的地方，利未人按著班次站立，都是照王所吩咐的。
11 The Passover lambs were slaughtered, and the priests sprinkled the blood handed to them, while the Levites skinned the animals.
11 유월절 양을 잡으니 제사장들은 그들의 손에서 피를 받아 뿌리고 또 레위 사람들은 잡은 짐승의 가죽을 벗기고
11. 利未人宰了逾越節的羊羔，祭司從他們手裏接過血來灑在壇上；利未人剝皮，
12 They set aside the burnt offerings to give them to the subdivisions of the families of the people to offer to the LORD, as is written in the Book of Moses. They did the same with the cattle.
12 그 번제물을 옮겨 족속의 서열대로 모든 백성에게 나누어 모세의 책에 기록된 대로 여호와께 드리게 하고 소도 그와 같이 하고
12. 將燔祭搬來，按著宗族的班次分給衆民，好照摩西書上所寫的，獻給耶和華；獻牛也是這樣。
13 They roasted the Passover animals over the fire as prescribed, and boiled the holy offerings in pots, caldrons and pans and served them quickly to all the people.
13 이에 규례대로 유월절 양을 불에 굽고 그 나머지 성물은 솥과 가마와 냄비에 삶아 모든 백성들에게 속히 분배하고
13. 他們按著常例，用火烤逾越節的羊羔。別的聖物用鍋，用釜，用罐煮了，速速地送給衆民。
14 After this, they made preparations for themselves and for the priests, because the priests, the descendants of Aaron, were sacrificing the burnt offerings and the fat portions until nightfall. So the Levites made preparations for themselves and for the Aaronic priests.
14 그 후에 자기와 제사장들을 위하여 준비하니 이는 아론의 자손 제사장들이 번제와 기름을 저녁까지 드리므로 레위 사람들이 자기와 아론의 자손 제사장들을 위하여 준비함이더라
14. 然後爲自己和祭司豫備祭物；因爲祭司亞倫的子孫獻燔祭和脂油，直到晩上。所以利未人爲自己和祭司亞倫的子，豫備祭物。
15 The musicians, the descendants of Asaph, were in the places prescribed by David, Asaph, Heman and Jeduthun the king's seer. The gatekeepers at each gate did not need to leave their posts, because their fellow Levites made the preparations for them.
15 아삽의 자손 노래하는 자들은 다윗과 아삽과 헤만과 왕의 선견자 여두둔이 명령한 대로 자기 처소에 있고 문지기들은 각 문에 있고 그 직무에서 떠날 것이 없었으니 이는 그의 형제 레위 사람들이 그들을 위하여 준비하였음이더라
15. 歌唱的亞薩之子孫，照著大衛、亞薩、希幔，和王的先見耶杜頓所吩咐的，站在自己的地位上。守門的看守各門不用離開他們的職事，因爲他們的弟兄利未人給他們豫祭物。
16 So at that time the entire service of the LORD was carried out for the celebration of the Passover and the offering of burnt offerings on the altar of the LORD, as King Josiah had ordered.
16 이와 같이 당일에 여호와를 섬길 일이 다 준비되매 요시야 왕의 명령대로 유월절을 지키며 번제를 여호와의 제단에 드렸으며
16. 當日，供奉耶和華的事齊備了，就照約西亞王的吩咐守逾越節，獻燔祭在耶和華的壇上。
17 The Israelites who were present celebrated the Passover at that time and observed the Feast of Unleavened Bread for seven days.
17 그 때에 모인 이스라엘 자손이 유월절을 지키고 이어서 무교절을 칠 일 동안 지켰으니
17. 當時在耶路撒冷的以色列人守逾越節，又守除酵節七日。
18 The Passover had not been observed like this in Israel since the days of the prophet Samuel; and none of the kings of Israel had ever celebrated such a Passover as did Josiah, with the priests, the Levites and all Judah and Israel who were there with the people of Jerusalem.
18 선지자 사무엘 이후로 이스라엘 가운데서 유월절을 이같이 지키지 못하였고 이스라엘 모든 왕들도 요시야가 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 모인 온 유다와 이스라엘 무리와 예루살렘 주민과 함께 지킨 것처럼은 유월절을 지키지 못하였더라
18. 自從先知撒母耳以來，在以色列中沒有守過這樣的逾越節，以色列諸王也沒有守過，像約西亞、祭司、利未人、那裏的猶大人，和以色列人，以及耶路撒冷居民所守的越節。
19 This Passover was celebrated in the eighteenth year of Josiah's reign.
19 요시야가 왕위에 있은 지 열여덟째 해에 이 유월절을 지켰더라
19. 這逾越節是約西亞作王十八年守的。
20 After all this, when Josiah had set the temple in order, Neco king of Egypt went up to fight at Carchemish on the Euphrates, and Josiah marched out to meet him in battle.
20 이 모든 일 후 곧 요시야가 성전을 정돈하기를 마친 후에 애굽 왕 느고가 유브라데 강 가의 갈그미스를 치러 올라왔으므로 요시야가 나가서 방비하였더니
20. 這事以後，約西亞修完了殿，有埃及王尼哥上來，要攻擊靠近伯拉河的迦基米施；約西亞出去抵擋他。
21 But Neco sent messengers to him, saying, "What quarrel is there between you and me, O king of Judah? It is not you I am attacking at this time, but the house with which I am at war. God has told me to hurry; so stop opposing God, who is with me, or he will destroy you."
21 느고가 요시아에게 사신을 보내어 이르되 유다 왕이여 내가 그대와 무슨 관계가 있느냐 내가 오늘 그대를 치려는 것이 아니요 나와 더불어 싸우는 족속을 치려는 것이라 하나님이 나에게 명령하사 속히 하라 하셨은즉 하나님이 나와 함께 계시니 그대는 하나님을 거스르지 말라 그대를 멸하실까 하노라 하나
21. 他差遣使者來見約西亞，說：猶大王阿，我與你何干？我今日來不是要攻擊你，乃是要攻擊與我爭戰之家，並且吩咐我速行，你不要干預神的事，免得他毁滅你，因爲是與我同在。
22 Josiah, however, would not turn away from him, but disguised himself to engage him in battle. He would not listen to what Neco had said at God's command but went to fight him on the plain of Megiddo.
22 요시야가 몸을 돌이켜 떠나기를 싫어하고 오히려 변장하고 그와 싸우고자 하여 하나님의 입에서 나온 느고의 말을 듣지 아니하고 므깃도 골짜기에 이르러 싸울 때에
22. 約西亞卻不肯轉去離開他，改裝要與他打仗，不聽從神藉尼哥之口所說的話，便來到米吉多平原爭戰。
23 Archers shot King Josiah, and he told his officers, "Take me away; I am badly wounded."
23 활 쏘는 자가 요시야 왕을 쏜지라 왕이 그의 신하들에게 이르되 내가 중상을 입었으니 나를 도와 나가게 하라
23. 弓箭手射中約西亞王。王對他的臣僕說：我受了重傷，你拉我出陣罷！
24 So they took him out of his chariot, put him in the other chariot he had and brought him to Jerusalem, where he died. He was buried in the tombs of his fathers, and all Judah and Jerusalem mourned for him.
24 그 부하들이 그를 병거에서 내리게 하고 그의 버금 병거에 태워 예루살렘에 이른 후에 그가 죽으니 그의 조상들의 묘실에 장사되니라 온 유다와 예루살렘 사람들이 요시야를 슬퍼하고
24. 他的臣僕扶他下了戰車，上了次車，送他到耶路撒冷，他就死了，葬在他列祖的墳墓裏。猶大人和耶路撒冷人都他悲哀。
25 Jeremiah composed laments for Josiah, and to this day all the men and women singers commemorate Josiah in the laments. These became a tradition in Israel and are written in the Laments.
25 예레미야는 그를 위하여 애가를 지었으며 모든 노래하는 남자들과 여자들은 요시야를 슬피 노래하니 이스라엘에 규례가 되어 오늘까지 이르렀으며 그 가사는 애가 중에 기록되었더라
25. 耶利米爲約西亞作哀歌。所有歌唱的男女也唱哀歌，追悼約西亞，直到今日；而且在以色列中成了定例。這歌載哀歌書上。
26 The other events of Josiah's reign and his acts of devotion, according to what is written in the Law of the LORD--
26 요시야의 남은 사적과 여호와의 율법에 기록된 대로 행한 모든 선한 일과
26. 約西亞其餘的事和他遵著耶和華律法上所記而行的善事，
27 all the events, from beginning to end, are written in the book of the kings of Israel and Judah.
27 그의 처음부터 끝까지의 행적은 이스라엘과 유다 열왕기에 기록되니라
27. 並他自始至終所行的，都寫在以色列和猶大列王記上。
