1 And God spoke all these words:
1 하나님이 이 모든 말씀으로 말씀하여 이르시되
1. 神吩咐這一切的話說：
2 "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of Egypt, out of the land of slavery.
2 나는 너를 애굽 땅, 종 되었던 집에서 인도하여 낸 네 하나님 여호와니라
2. 我是耶和華─你的神，曾將你從埃及地爲奴之家領出來。
3 "You shall have no other gods before me.
3 너는 나 외에는 다른 신들을 네게 두지 말라
3. 除了我以外，你不可有別的神。
4 "You shall not make for yourself an idol in the form of anything in heaven above or on the earth beneath or in the waters below.
4 너를 위하여 새긴 우상을 만들지 말고 또 위로 하늘에 있는 것이나 아래로 땅에 있는 것이나 땅 아래 풀 속에 있는 것의 어떤 형상도 만들지 말며
4. 不可爲自己雕刻偶像，也不可作甚麽形像彷彿上天、下地，和地底下、水中的百物。
5 You shall not bow down to them or worship them; for I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the fathers to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me,
5 그것들에게 절하지 말며 그것들을 섬기지 말라 나 네 하나님 여호와는 질투하는 하나님인즉 나를 미워하는 자의 죄를 갚되 아버지로부터 아들에게로 삼사 대까지 이르게 하거니와
5. 不可跪拜那些像，也不可事奉他，因爲我耶和華─你的神是忌邪的神。恨我的，我必追討他的罪，自父及子，直三四代；
6 but showing love to a thousand generations of those who love me and keep my commandments.
6 나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천 대까지 은혜를 베푸느니라
6. 愛我、守我誡命的，我必向他們發慈愛，直到千代。
7 "You shall not misuse the name of the LORD your God, for the LORD will not hold anyone guiltless who misuses his name.
7 너는 네 하나님 여호와의 이름을 망령되게 부르지 말라 여호와는 그의 이름을 망령되게 부르는 자를 죄 없다 하지 아니하리라
7. 不可妄稱耶和華─你神的名；因爲妄稱耶和華名的，耶和華必不以他爲無罪。
8 "Remember the Sabbath day by keeping it holy.
8 안식일을 기억하여 거룩하게 지키라
8. 當記念安息日，守爲聖日。
9 Six days you shall labor and do all your work,
9 엿새 동안은 힘써 네 모든 일을 행할 것이나
9. 六日要勞碌作你一切的工，
10 but the seventh day is a Sabbath to the LORD your God. On it you shall not do any work, neither you, nor your son or daughter, nor your manservant or maidservant, nor your animals, nor the alien within your gates.
10 일곱째 날은 네 하나님 여호와의 안식일인즉 너나 네 아들이나 네 딸이나 네 남종이나 네 여종이나 네 가축이나 네 문안에 머무는 객이라도 아무 일도 하지 말라
10. 但第七日是向耶和華─你神當守的安息日。這一日你和你的兒女、僕婢、牲畜，並你城裏寄居的客旅，無論何工不可作；
11 For in six days the LORD made the heavens and the earth, the sea, and all that is in them, but he rested on the seventh day. Therefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day and made it holy.
11 이는 엿새 동안에 나 여호와가 하늘과 땅과 바다와 그 가운데 모든 것을 만들고 일곱째 날에 쉬었음이라 그러므로 나 여호와가 안식일을 복되게 하여 그 날을 거룩하게 하였느니라
11. 因爲六日之內，耶和華造天、地、海，和其中的萬物，第七日便安息，所以耶和華賜福與安息日，定爲聖日。
12 "Honor your father and your mother, so that you may live long in the land the LORD your God is giving you.
12 네 부모를 공경하라 그리하면 네 하나님 여호와가 네게 준 땅에서 네 생명이 길리라
12. 當孝敬父母，使你的日子在耶和華─你神所賜你的地上得以長久。
13 "You shall not murder.
13 살인하지 살라
13. 不可殺人。
14 "You shall not commit adultery.
14 간음하지 말라
14. 不可姦淫。
15 "You shall not steal.
15 도둑질하지 말라
15. 不可偸盜。
16 "You shall not give false testimony against your neighbor.
16 네 이웃에 대하여 거짓 증거하지 말라
16. 不可作假見證陷害人。
17 "You shall not covet your neighbor's house. You shall not covet your neighbor's wife, or his manservant or maidservant, his ox or donkey, or anything that belongs to your neighbor."
17 네 이웃의 집을 탐내지 말라 네 이웃의 아내나 그의 남종이나 그의 여종이나 그의 소나 그의 나귀나 무릇 네 이웃의 소유를 탐내지 말라
17. 不可貪戀人的房屋；也不可貪戀人的妻子、僕婢、牛驢，並他一切所有的。
18 When the people saw the thunder and lightning and heard the trumpet and saw the mountain in smoke, they trembled with fear. They stayed at a distance
18 뭇 백성이 우레와 번개와 나팔 소리와 산의 연기를 본지라 그들이 볼 때에 떨며 멀리 서서
18. 衆百姓見雷轟、閃電、角聲、山上冒煙，就都發顫，遠遠的站立，
19 and said to Moses, "Speak to us yourself and we will listen. But do not have God speak to us or we will die."
19 모세에게 이르되 당신이 우리에게 말씀하소서 우리가 들으리이다 하나님이 우리에게 말씀하시지 말게 하소서 우리가 죽을까 하나이다
19. 對摩西說：求你和我們說話，我們必聽；不要神和我們說話，恐怕我們死亡。
20 Moses said to the people, "Do not be afraid. God has come to test you, so that the fear of God will be with you to keep you from sinning."
20 모세가 백성에게 이르되 두려워하지 말라 하나님이 임하심은 너희를 시험하고 너희로 경외하여 범죄하지 않게 하려 하심이니라
20. 摩西對百姓說：不要懼怕；因爲神降臨是要試驗你們，叫你們時常敬畏他，不致犯罪。
21 The people remained at a distance, while Moses approached the thick darkness where God was.
21 백성은 멀리 서 있고 모세는 하나님이 계신 흑암으로 가까이 가니라
21. 於是百姓遠遠地站立；摩西就挨近神所在的幽暗之中。
22 Then the LORD said to Moses, "Tell the Israelites this: 'You have seen for yourselves that I have spoken to you from heaven:
22 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르라 내가 하늘로부터 너희에게 말하는 것을 너희 스스로 보았으니
22. 耶和華對摩西說：你要向以色列人這樣說：你們自己看見我從天上和你們說話了。
23 Do not make any gods to be alongside me; do not make for yourselves gods of silver or gods of gold.
23 너희는 나를 비겨서 은으로나 금으로나 너희를 위하여 신상을 만들지 말고
23. 你們不可作甚麽神像與我相配，不可爲自己作金銀的神像。
24 "'Make an altar of earth for me and sacrifice on it your burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, your sheep and goats and your cattle. Wherever I cause my name to be honored, I will come to you and bless you.
24 내게 토단을 쌓고 그 위에 네 양과 소로 네 번제와 화목제를 드리라 내가 내 이름을 기념하게 하는 모든 곳에서 네게 임하여 복을 주리라
24. 你要爲我築土壇，在上面以牛羊獻爲燔祭和平安祭。凡記下我名的地方，我必到那裏賜福給你。
25 If you make an altar of stones for me, do not build it with dressed stones, for you will defile it if you use a tool on it.
25 네가 내게 돌로 제단을 쌓거든 다듬은 돌로 쌓지 말라 네가 정으로 그것을 쪼면 부정하게 함이니라
25. 你若爲我築一座石壇，不可用鑿成的石頭，因你在上頭一動家具，就把壇汚穢了。
26 And do not go up to my altar on steps, lest your nakedness be exposed on it.'
26 너는 층계로 내 제단에 오르지 말라 네 하체가 그 위에서 드러날까 함이니라
26. 你上我的壇，不可用臺階，免得露出你的下體來。
