1 As they approached Jerusalem and came to Bethphage on the Mount of Olives, Jesus sent two disciples,
1 그들이 예루살렘에 가까이 와서 감람 산 벳바게에 이르렀을 때에 예수께서 두 제자를 보내시며
1. 耶穌和門徒將近耶路撒冷，到了伯法其，在橄欖山那裏。
2 saying to them, "Go to the village ahead of you, and at once you will find a donkey tied there, with her colt by her. Untie them and bring them to me.
2 이르시되 너희 맞은편 마을로 가라 곧 매인 나귀와 나귀 새끼가 함께 있는 것을 보리니 풀어 내게로 끌고 오라
2. 耶穌就打發兩個門徒，對他們說：你們往對面村子裏去，必看見一匹驢拴在那裏，還有驢駒同在一處；你們解開牽到我這裏來。
3 If anyone says anything to you, tell him that the Lord needs them, and he will send them right away."
3 만일 누가 무슨 말을 하거든 주가 쓰시겠다 하라 그리하면 즉시 보내리라 하시니
3. 若有人對你們說甚麽，你們就說：主要用他。那人必立時讓你們牽來。
4 This took place to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet:
4 이는 선지자를 통하여 하신 말씀을 이루려 하심이라 일렀으되
4. 這事成就是要應驗先知的話，說：
5 "Say to the Daughter of Zion, 'See, your king comes to you, gentle and riding on a donkey, on a colt, the foal of a donkey.'"
5 시온 딸에게 이르기를 네 왕이 네게 임하나니 그는 겸손하여 나귀, 곧 멍에 메는 짐승의 새끼를 탔도다 하라 하였느니라
5. 要對錫安的居民（原文是女子）說：看哪，你的王來到你這裏，是溫柔的，又騎著驢，就是騎著驢駒子。
6 The disciples went and did as Jesus had instructed them.
6 제자들이 가서 예수의 명하신대로 하여
6. 門徒就照耶穌所吩咐的去行，
7 They brought the donkey and the colt, placed their cloaks on them, and Jesus sat on them.
7 나귀와 나귀 새끼를 끌고 와서 자기들의 겉옷을 그 위에 얹으매 예수께서 그 위에 타시니
7. 牽了驢和驢駒來，把自己的衣服搭在上面，耶穌就騎上。
8 A very large crowd spread their cloaks on the road, while others cut branches from the trees and spread them on the road.
8 무리의 대다수는 그들의 겉옷을 길에 펴고 다른 이들은 나뭇가지를 베어 길에 펴고
8. 衆人多半把衣服鋪在路上；還有人砍下樹枝來鋪在路上。
9 The crowds that went ahead of him and those that followed shouted, "Hosanna to the Son of David!" "Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!" "Hosanna in the highest!"
9 앞에서 가고 뒤에서 따르는 무리가 소리 높여 이르되 호산나 다윗의 자손이여 찬송하리로다 주의 이름으로 오시는 이여 가장 높은 곳에서 호산나 하더라
9. 前行後隨的衆人喊著說：和散那（原有求救的意思，在此是稱頌的話）歸於大衛的子孫！奉主名來的是應當稱頌！高高在上和散那！
10 When Jesus entered Jerusalem, the whole city was stirred and asked, "Who is this?"
10 예수께서 예루살렘에 들어가시니 온 성이 소동하여 이르되 이는 누구냐 하거늘
10. 耶穌旣進了耶路撒冷，合城都驚動了，說：這是誰？
11 The crowds answered, "This is Jesus, the prophet from Nazareth in Galilee."
11 무리가 이르되 갈릴리 나사렛에서 나온 선지자 예수라 하니라
11. 衆人說：這是加利利拿撒勒的先知耶穌。
12 Jesus entered the temple area and drove out all who were buying and selling there. He overturned the tables of the money changers and the benches of those selling doves.
12 예수께서 성전에 들어가사 성전 안에서 매매하는 모든 사람들을 내쫓으시며 돈 바꾸는 사람들의 상과 비둘기 파는 사람들의 의자를 둘러 엎으시고
12. 耶穌進了神的殿，趕出殿裏一切作買賣的人，推倒兌換銀錢之人的桌子，和賣鴿子之人的凳子；
13 "It is written," he said to them, "'My house will be called a house of prayer,' but you are making it a 'den of robbers.'"
13 그들에게 이르시되 기록된 바 내 집은 기도하는 집이라 일컬음을 받으리라 하였거늘 너희는 강도의 소굴을 만드는도다 하시니라
13. 對他們說：經上記著說：我的殿必稱爲禱告的殿，你們倒使他成爲賊窩了。
14 The blind and the lame came to him at the temple, and he healed them.
14 맹인과 저는 자들이 성전에서 예수께 나아오매 고쳐주시니
14. 在殿裏有瞎子、瘸子到耶穌跟前，他就治好了他們。
15 But when the chief priests and the teachers of the law saw the wonderful things he did and the children shouting in the temple area, "Hosanna to the Son of David," they were indignant.
15 대제사장들과 서기관들이 예수께서 하시는 이상한 일과 또 성전에서 소리 질러 호산나 다윗의 자손이여 하는 어린이들을 보고 노하여
15. 祭司長和文士看見耶穌所行的奇事，又見小孩子在殿裏喊著說：和散那歸於大衛的子孫！就甚惱怒，
16 "Do you hear what these children are saying?" they asked him. "Yes," replied Jesus, "have you never read, "'From the lips of children and infants you have ordained praise'?"
16 예수께 말하되 그들이 하는 말을 듣느냐 예수께서 이르시되 그렇다 어린 아기와 젖먹이들의 입에서 나오는 찬미를 온전하게 하셨나이다 함을 너희가 읽어 본 일이 없느냐 하시고
16. 對他說：這些人所說的，你聽見了麽？耶穌說：是的。經上說你從嬰孩和喫奶的口中完全了讚美的話，你們沒有過麽？
17 And he left them and went out of the city to Bethany, where he spent the night.
17 그들을 떠나 성 밖으로 베다니에 가서 거기서 유하시니라
17. 於是離開他們，出城到伯大尼去，在那裏住宿。
18 Early in the morning, as he was on his way back to the city, he was hungry.
18 이른 아침에 성으로 들어오실 때에 시장하신지라
18. 早晨回城的時候，他餓了，
19 Seeing a fig tree by the road, he went up to it but found nothing on it except leaves. Then he said to it, "May you never bear fruit again!" Immediately the tree withered.
19 길 가에서 한 무화과나무를 보시고 그리로 가사 잎사귀 밖에 아무 것도 찾지 못하시고 나무에게 이르시되 이제부터 영원토록 네가 열매를 맺지 못하리라 하시니 무화과나무가 곧 마른지라
19. 看見路旁有一棵無花果樹，就走到跟前，在樹上找不著甚麽，不過有葉子，就對樹說：從今以後，你永不結果子那無花果樹就立刻枯乾了。
20 When the disciples saw this, they were amazed. "How did the fig tree wither so quickly?" they asked.
20 제자들이 보고 이상히 여겨 가로되 무화과나무가 어찌하여 곧 말랐나이까
20. 門徒看見了，便希奇說：無花果樹怎麽立刻枯乾了呢？
21 Jesus replied, "I tell you the truth, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, 'Go, throw yourself into the sea,' and it will be done.
21 예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 만일 너희가 믿음이 있고 의심하지 아니하면 이 무화과나무에게 된 이런 일만 할 뿐 아니라 이 산더러 들려 바다에 던져지라 하여도 될 것이요
21. 耶穌回答說：我實在告訴你們，你們若有信心，不疑惑，不但能行無花果樹上所行的事，就是對這座山說：你挪此地，投在海裏！也必成就。
22 If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer."
22 너희가 기도할 때에 무엇이든지 믿고 구하는 것은 다 받으리라 하시니라
22. 你們禱告，無論求甚麽，只要信，就必得著。
23 Jesus entered the temple courts, and, while he was teaching, the chief priests and the elders of the people came to him. "By what authority are you doing these things?" they asked. "And who gave you this authority?"
23 예수께서 성전에 들어가 가르치실새 대제사장들과 백성의 장로들이 나아와 이르되 네가 무슨 권위로 이런 일을 하느냐 또 누가 이 권위를 주었느냐
23. 耶穌進了殿，正敎訓人的時候，祭司長和民間的長老來問他說：你仗著甚麽權柄作這些事？給你這權柄的是誰呢？
24 Jesus replied, "I will also ask you one question. If you answer me, I will tell you by what authority I am doing these things.
24 예수께서 대답하시되 나도 한 말을 너희에게 물으리니 너희가 대답하면 나도 무슨 권위로 이런 일을 하는지 이르리라
24. 耶穌回答說：我也要問你們一句話，你們若告訴我，我就告訴你們我仗著甚麽權柄作這些事。
25 John's baptism--where did it come from? Was it from heaven, or from men?" They discussed it among themselves and said, "If we say, 'From heaven,' he will ask, 'Then why didn't you believe him?'
25 요한의 세례가 어디로부터 왔느냐 하늘로부터냐 사람으로부터냐 그들이 서로 의논하여 이르되 만일 하늘로부터라 하면 어찌하여 그를 믿지 아니하였느냐 할 것이요
25. 約翰的洗禮是從那裏來的？是從天上來的？是從人間來的呢？他們彼此商議說：我們若說從天上來，他必對我們：這樣，你們爲甚麽不信他呢？
26 But if we say, 'From men'--we are afraid of the people, for they all hold that John was a prophet."
26 만일 사람으로부터라 하면 모든 사람이 요한을 선지자로 여기니 백성이 무섭다 하여
26. 若說從人間來，我們又怕百姓，因爲他們都以約翰爲先知。
27 So they answered Jesus, "We don't know." Then he said, "Neither will I tell you by what authority I am doing these things.
27 예수께 대답하여 이르되 우리가 알지 못하노라 하니 예수께서 이르시되 나도 무슨 권위로 이런 일을 하는지 너희에게 이르지 아니하리라
27. 於是回答耶穌說：我們不知道。耶穌說：我也不告訴你們我仗著甚麽權柄作這些事。
28 "What do you think? There was a man who had two sons. He went to the first and said, 'Son, go and work today in the vineyard.'
28 그러나 너희 생각에는 어떠하냐 어떤 사람에게 두 아들이 있는데 맏아들에게 가서 이르되 얘 오늘 포도원에 가서 일하라 하니
28. 又說：一個人有兩個兒子。他來對大兒子說：我兒，你今天到葡萄園裏去作工。
29 "'I will not,' he answered, but later he changed his mind and went.
29 대답하여 이르되 아버지여 가겠나이다 하더니 가지 아니하고
29. 他回答說：我不去，以後自己懊悔，就去了。
30 "Then the father went to the other son and said the same thing. He answered, 'I will, sir,' but he did not go.
30 둘째 아들에게 가서 또 그와 같이 말하니 대답하여 이르되 싫소이다 하였다가 그 후에 뉘우치고 갔으니
30. 又來對小兒子也是這樣說。他回答說：父阿，我去，他卻不去。
31 "Which of the two did what his father wanted?" "The first," they answered. Jesus said to them, "I tell you the truth, the tax collectors and the prostitutes are entering the kingdom of God ahead of you.
31 그 둘 중의 누가 아버지의 뜻대로 하였느뇨 이르되 둘째 아들이니이다 예수께서 그들에게 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 세리들과 창녀들이 너희보다 먼저 하나님의 나라에 들어가리라
31. 你們想，這兩個兒子是那一個遵行父命呢？他們說：大兒子。耶穌說：我實在告訴你們，稅吏和娼妓倒比你們先神的國。
32 For John came to you to show you the way of righteousness, and you did not believe him, but the tax collectors and the prostitutes did. And even after you saw this, you did not repent and believe him.
32 요한이 의의 도로 너희에게 왔거늘 너희는 그를 믿지 아니하였으되 세리와 창녀는 믿었으며 너희는 이것을 보고도 끝내 뉘우쳐 믿지 아니하였도다
32. 因爲約翰遵著義路到你們這裏來，你們卻不信他；稅吏和娼妓倒信他。你們看見了，後來還是不懊悔去信他。
33 "Listen to another parable: There was a landowner who planted a vineyard. He put a wall around it, dug a winepress in it and built a watchtower. Then he rented the vineyard to some farmers and went away on a journey.
33 다시 한 비유를 들으라 한 집 주인이 포도원을 만들어 산울타리로 두르고 거기에 즙 짜는 틀을 만들고 망대를 짓고 농부들에게 세로 주고 타국에 갔더니
33. 你們再聽一個比喩：有個家主栽了一個葡萄園，周圍圈上籬笆，裏面挖了一個壓酒池，蓋了一座樓，租給園戶，往外國去了。
34 When the harvest time approached, he sent his servants to the tenants to collect his fruit.
34 열매 거둘 때가 가까우매 그 열매를 받으려고 자기 종들을 농부들에게 보내니
34. 收果子的時候近了，就打發僕人到園戶那裏去收果子。
35 "The tenants seized his servants; they beat one, killed another, and stoned a third.
35 농부들이 종들을 잡아 하나는 심히 때리고 하나는 죽이고 하나는 돌로 쳤거늘
35. 園戶拿住僕人，打了一個，殺了一個，用石頭打死一個。
36 Then he sent other servants to them, more than the first time, and the tenants treated them the same way.
36 다시 다른 종들을 처음보다 많이 보내니 그들에게도 그렇게 하였는지라
36. 主人又打發別的僕人去，比先前更多；園戶還是照樣待他們。
37 Last of all, he sent his son to them. 'They will respect my son,' he said.
37 후에 자기 아들을 보내며 이르되 그들이 내 아들은 존대하리라 하였더니
37. 後來打發他的兒子到他們那裏去，意思說：他們必尊敬我的兒子。
38 "But when the tenants saw the son, they said to each other, 'This is the heir. Come, let's kill him and take his inheritance.'
38 농부들이 그 아들을 보고 서로 말하되 이는 상속자니 자 죽이고 그의 유산을 차지하자 하고
38. 不料，園戶看見他兒子，就彼此說：這是承受産業的。來罷，我們殺他，佔他的産業！
39 So they took him and threw him out of the vineyard and killed him.
39 이에 잡아 포도원 밖에 내쫓아 죽였느니라
39. 他們就拿住他，推出葡萄園外，殺了。
40 "Therefore, when the owner of the vineyard comes, what will he do to those tenants?"
40 그러면 포도원 주인이 올 때에 그 농부들을 어떻게 하겠느냐
40. 園主來的時候要怎樣處治這些園戶呢？
41 "He will bring those wretches to a wretched end," they replied, "and he will rent the vineyard to other tenants, who will give him his share of the crop at harvest time."
41 그들이 말하되 그 악한 자들을 진멸하고 포도원은 제 때에 열매를 바칠 만한 다른 농부들에게 세로 줄지니이다
41. 他們說：要下毒手除滅那些惡人，將葡萄園另租給那按著時候交果子的園戶。
42 Jesus said to them, "Have you never read in the Scriptures: "'The stone the builders rejected has become the capstone; the Lord has done this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?
42 예수께서 이르시되 너희가 성경에 건축자들의 버린 돌이 모퉁이의 머릿돌이 되었나니 이것은 주로 말미암아 된 것이요 우리 눈에 기이하도다 함을 읽어 본 일이 없느냐
42. 耶穌說：經上寫著：匠人所棄的石頭已作了房角的頭塊石頭。這是主所作的，在我們眼中看爲希奇。這經你們沒念過麽？
43 "Therefore I tell you that the kingdom of God will be taken away from you and given to a people who will produce its fruit.
43 그러므로 내가 너희에게 이르노니 하나님의 나라를 너희는 빼앗기고 그 나라의 열매 맺는 백성이 받으리라
43. 所以我告訴你們，神的國必從你們奪去，賜給那能結果子的百姓。
44 He who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but he on whom it falls will be crushed."
44 이 돌 위에 떨어지는 자는 깨지겠고 이 돌이 사람 위에 떨어지면 그를 가루로 만들어 흩으리라 하시니
44. 誰掉在這石頭上，必要跌碎；這石頭掉在誰的身上，就要把誰砸得稀爛。
45 When the chief priests and the Pharisees heard Jesus' parables, they knew he was talking about them.
45 대제사장들과 바리새인들이 예수의 비유를 듣고 자기들을 가리켜 말씀하심인 줄 알고
45. 祭司長和法利賽人聽見他的比喩，就看出他是指著他們說的。
46 They looked for a way to arrest him, but they were afraid of the crowd because the people held that he was a prophet.
46 잡고자 하나 무리를 무서워하니 이는 그들이 예수를 선지자로 앎이었더라
46. 他們想要捉拿他，只是怕衆人，因爲衆人以他爲先知。
