1 "For the kingdom of heaven is like a landowner who went out early in the morning to hire men to work in his vineyard.
1 천국은 마치 품꾼을 얻어 포도원에 들여보내려고 이른 아침에 나간 집 주인과 같으니
1. 因爲天國好像家主淸早去雇人進他的葡萄園作工，
2 He agreed to pay them a denarius for the day and sent them into his vineyard.
2 그가 하루 한 데나리온씩 품꾼들과 약속하여 포도원에 들여보내고
2. 和工人講定一天一錢銀子，就打發他們進葡萄園去。
3 "About the third hour he went out and saw others standing in the marketplace doing nothing.
3 또 제삼시에 나가 보니 장터에 놀고 서 있는 사람들이 또 있는지라
3. 約在巳初出去，看見市上還有閒站的人，
4 He told them, 'You also go and work in my vineyard, and I will pay you whatever is right.'
4 그들에게 이르되 너희도 포도원에 들어가라 내가 너희에게 상당하게 주리라 하니 그들이 가고
4. 就對他們說：你們也進葡萄園去，所當給的，我必給你們。他們也進去了。
5 So they went. "He went out again about the sixth hour and the ninth hour and did the same thing.
5 제육시와 제구시에 또 나가 그와 같이 하고
5. 約在午正和申初又出去，也是這樣行。
6 About the eleventh hour he went out and found still others standing around. He asked them, 'Why have you been standing here all day long doing nothing?'
6 제십일시에도 나가 보니 서 있는 사람들이 또 있는지라
6. 約在酉初出去，看見還有人站在那裏，就問他們說：你們爲甚麽整天在這裏閒站呢？
7 "'Because no one has hired us,' they answered. "He said to them, 'You also go and work in my vineyard.'
7 이르되 너희는 어찌하여 종일토록 놀고 여기 서 있느냐 이르되 우리를 품꾼으로 쓰는 이가 없음이니이다 이르되 너희도 포도원에 들어가라 하니라
7. 他們說：因爲沒有人雇我們。他說：你們也進葡萄園去。
8 "When evening came, the owner of the vineyard said to his foreman, 'Call the workers and pay them their wages, beginning with the last ones hired and going on to the first.'
8 저물매 포도원 주인이 청지기에게 이르되 품꾼들을 불러 나중 온 자로부터 시작하여 먼저 온 자까지 삯을 주라 하니
8. 到了晩上，園主對管事的說：叫工人都來，給他們工錢，從後來的起，到先來的爲止。
9 "The workers who were hired about the eleventh hour came and each received a denarius.
9 제십일시에 온 자들이 와서 한 데나리온씩을 받거늘
9. 約在酉初雇的人來了，各人得了一錢銀子。
10 So when those came who were hired first, they expected to receive more. But each one of them also received a denarius.
10 먼저 온 자들이 와서 더 받을 줄 알았더니 저희도 한 데나리온씩 받은지라
10. 及至那先雇的來了，他們以爲必要多得；誰知也是各得一錢。
11 When they received it, they began to grumble against the landowner.
11 받은 후 집 주인을 원망하여 이르되
11. 他們得了，就埋怨家主說：
12 'These men who were hired last worked only one hour,' they said, 'and you have made them equal to us who have borne the burden of the work and the heat of the day.'
12 나중 온 이 사람들은 한 시간밖에 일하지 아니하였거늘 그들을 종일 수고하며 더위를 견딘 우리와 같게 하였나이다
12. 我們整天勞苦受熱，那後來的只做了一小時，你竟叫他們和我們一樣麽？
13 "But he answered one of them, 'Friend, I am not being unfair to you. Didn't you agree to work for a denarius?
13 주인이 그 중의 한 사람에게 대답하여 이르되 친구여 내가 네게 잘못한 것이 없노라 네가 나와 한 데나리온의 약속을 하지 아니하였느냐
13. 家主回答其中的一人說：朋友，我不虧負你，你與我講定的不是一錢銀子麽？
14 Take your pay and go. I want to give the man who was hired last the same as I gave you.
14 네 것이나 가지고 가라 나중 온 이 사람에게 너와 같이 주는 것이 내 뜻이니라
14. 拿你的走罷！我給那後來的和給你一樣，這是我願意的。
15 Don't I have the right to do what I want with my own money? Or are you envious because I am generous?'
15 내 것을 가지고 내 뜻대로 할 것이 아니냐 내가 선하므로 네가 악하게 보느냐
15. 我的東西難道不可隨我的意思用麽？因爲我作好人，你就紅了眼麽？
16 "So the last will be first, and the first will be last."
16 이와 같이 나중 된 자로서 먼저 되고 먼저 된 자로서 나중 되리라
16. 這樣，那在後的，將要在前；在前的，將要在後了。（有古卷在此有：因爲被召的人多，選上的人少。）
17 Now as Jesus was going up to Jerusalem, he took the twelve disciples aside and said to them,
17 예수께서 예루살렘으로 올라가려 하실 때에 열두 제자를 따로 데리시고 길에서 이르시되
17. 耶穌上耶路撒冷去的時候，在路上把十二個門徒帶到一邊，對他們說：
18 "We are going up to Jerusalem, and the Son of Man will be betrayed to the chief priests and the teachers of the law. They will condemn him to death
18 보라 우리가 예루살렘으로 올라가노니 인자가 대제사장들과 서기관들에게 넘겨지매 그들이 죽이기로 결의하고
18. 看哪，我們上耶路撒冷去，人子要被交給祭司長和文士。他們要定他死罪，
19 and will turn him over to the Gentiles to be mocked and flogged and crucified. On the third day he will be raised to life!"
19 이방인들에게 넘겨 주어 그를 조롱하며 채찍질하며 십자가에 못박게 할 것이나 제삼일에 살아나리라
19. 又交給外邦人，將他戱弄，鞭打，釘在十字架上；第三日他要復活。
20 Then the mother of Zebedee's sons came to Jesus with her sons and, kneeling down, asked a favor of him.
20 그 때에 세베대의 아들의 어머니가 그 아들들을 데리고 예수께 와서 절하며 무엇을 구하니
20. 那時，西庇太兒子的母親同他兩個兒子上前來拜耶穌，求他一件事。
21 "What is it you want?" he asked. She said, "Grant that one of these two sons of mine may sit at your right and the other at your left in your kingdom."
21 예수께서 이르시되 무엇을 원하느냐 이르되 이 나의 두 아들을 주의 나라에서 하나는 주의 우편에, 하나는 주의 좌편에 앉게 명하소서
21. 耶穌說：你要甚麽呢？他說：願你叫我這兩個兒子在你國裏，一個坐在你右邊，一個坐在你左邊。
22 "You don't know what you are asking," Jesus said to them. "Can you drink the cup I am going to drink?" "We can," they answered.
22 예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 너희는 너희가 구하는 것을 알지 못하는도다 내가 마시려는 잔을 너희가 마실 수 있느냐 그들이 말하되 할 수 있나이다
22. 耶穌回答說：你們不知道所求的是甚麽；我將要喝的杯，你們能喝麽？他們說：我們能。
23 Jesus said to them, "You will indeed drink from my cup, but to sit at my right or left is not for me to grant. These places belong to those for whom they have been prepared by my Father."
23 이르시되 너희가 과연 내 잔을 마시려니와 내 좌우편에 앉는 것은 내가 주는 것이 아니라 내 아버지께서 누구를 위하여 예비하셨든지 그들이 얻을 것이니라
23. 耶穌說：我所喝的杯，你們必要喝；只是坐在我的左右，不是我可以賜的，乃是我父爲誰豫備的，就賜給誰。
24 When the ten heard about this, they were indignant with the two brothers.
24 열 제자가 듣고 그 두 형제에 대하여 분히 여기거늘
24. 那十個門徒聽見，就惱怒他們弟兄二人。
25 Jesus called them together and said, "You know that the rulers of the Gentiles lord it over them, and their high officials exercise authority over them.
25 예수께서 제자들을 불러다가 이르시되 이방인의 집권자들이 그들을 임의로 주관하고 그 고관들이 그들에게 권세를 부리는 줄을 너희가 알거니와
25. 耶穌叫了他們來，說：你們知道外邦人有君王爲主治理他們，有大臣操權管束他們。
26 Not so with you. Instead, whoever wants to become great among you must be your servant,
26 너희 중에는 그렇지 않아야 하나니 너희 중에 누구든지 크고자 하는 자는 너희를 섬기는 자가 되고
26. 只是在你們中間，不可這樣；你們中間誰願爲大，就必作你們的用人；
27 and whoever wants to be first must be your slave--
27 너희 중에 누구든지 으뜸이 되고자 하는 자는 너희의 종이 되어야 하리라
27. 誰願爲首，就必作你們的僕人。
28 just as the Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many."
28 인자가 온 것은 섬김을 받으려 함이 아니라 도리어 섬기려 하고 자기 목숨을 많은 사람의 대속물로 주려 함이니라
28. 正如人子來，不是要受人的服事，乃是要服事人，並且要捨命，作多人的贖價。
29 As Jesus and his disciples were leaving Jericho, a large crowd followed him.
29 그들이 여리고에서 떠나 갈 때에 큰 무리가 예수를 따르더라
29. 他們出耶利哥的時候，有極多的人跟隨他。
30 Two blind men were sitting by the roadside, and when they heard that Jesus was going by, they shouted, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"
30 맹인 두 사람이 길 가에 앉았다가 예수께서 지나가신다 함을 듣고 소리질러 이르되 주여 우리를 불쌍히 여기소서 다윗의 자손이여 하니
30. 有兩個瞎子坐在路旁，聽說是耶穌經過，就喊著說：主阿，大衛的子孫，可憐我們罷！
31 The crowd rebuked them and told them to be quiet, but they shouted all the louder, "Lord, Son of David, have mercy on us!"
31 무리가 꾸짖어 잠잠하라 하되 더욱 소리 질러 이르되 주여 우리를 불쌍히 여기소서 다윗의 자손이여 하는지라
31. 衆人責備他們，不許他們作聲；他們卻越發喊著說：主阿，大衛的子孫，可憐我們罷！
32 Jesus stopped and called them. "What do you want me to do for you?" he asked.
32 예수께서 머물러 서서 그들을 불러
32. 耶穌就站住，叫他們來，說：要我爲你們作甚麽？
33 "Lord," they answered, "we want our sight."
33 이르시되 너희에게 무엇을 하여 주기를 원하느냐 이르되 주여 우리 눈 뜨기를 원하나이다
33. 他們說：主阿，要我們的眼睛能看見！
34 Jesus had compassion on them and touched their eyes. Immediately they received their sight and followed him.
34 예수께서 불쌍히 여기사 그들의 눈을 만지시니 곧 보게 되어 그들이 예수를 따르니라
34. 耶穌就動了慈心，把他們的眼睛一摸，他們立刻看見，就跟從了耶穌。
