1 Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.
1 예수께서 그들에게 항상 기도하고 낙망하지 말아야 할 것을 비유로 말씀하여
1. 耶穌設一個比喩，是要人常常禱告，不可灰心。
2 He said: "In a certain town there was a judge who neither feared God nor cared about men.
2 이르시되 어떤 도시에 하나님을 두려워하지 않고 사람을 무시하는 한 재판장이 있는데
2. 說：某城裏有一個官，不懼怕神，也不尊重世人。
3 And there was a widow in that town who kept coming to him with the plea, 'Grant me justice against my adversary.'
3 그 도시에 한 과부가 있어 자주 그에게 가서 내 원수에 대한 나의 원한을 풀어 주소서 하되
3. 那城裏有個寡婦，常到他那裏，說：我有一個對頭，求你給我伸冤。
4 "For some time he refused. But finally he said to himself, 'Even though I don't fear God or care about men,
4 그가 얼마 동안 듣지 아니하다가 후에 속으로 생각하되 내가 하나님을 두려워하지 않고 사람을 무시하나
4. 他多日不准。後來心裏說：我雖不懼怕神，也不尊重世人，
5 yet because this widow keeps bothering me, I will see that she gets justice, so that she won't eventually wear me out with her coming!'"
5 이 과부가 나를 번거롭게 하니 내가 그 원한을 풀어 주리라 그렇지 않으면 늘 와서 나를 괴롭게 하리라 하였느니라
5. 只因這寡婦煩擾我，我就給他伸冤罷，免得他常來纏磨我！
6 And the Lord said, "Listen to what the unjust judge says.
6 주께서 또 이르시되 불의한 재판장이 말한 것을 들으라
6. 主說：你們聽這不義之官所說的話。
7 And will not God bring about justice for his chosen ones, who cry out to him day and night? Will he keep putting them off?
7 하물며 하나님께서 그 밤낮 부르짖는 택하신 자들의 원한을 풀어 주지 아니하시겠느냐 그들에게 오래 참으시겠느냐
7. 神的選民晝夜呼籲他，他縱然爲他們忍了多時，豈不終久給他們伸冤麽？
8 I tell you, he will see that they get justice, and quickly. However, when the Son of Man comes, will he find faith on the earth?"
8 내가 너희에게 이르노니 속히 그 원한을 풀어 주시리라 그러나 인자가 올 때에 세상에서 믿음을 보겠느냐 하시니라
8. 我告訴你們，要快快的給他們伸冤了。然而，人子來的時候，遇得見世上有信德麽？
9 To some who were confident of their own righteousness and looked down on everybody else, Jesus told this parable:
9 또 자기를 의롭다고 믿고 다른 사람을 멸시하는 자들에게 이 비유로 말씀하시되
9. 耶穌向那些仗著自己是義人，藐視別人的，設一個比喩，
10 "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector.
10 두 사람이 기도하러 성전에 올라가니 하나는 바리새인이요 하나는 세리라
10. 說：有兩個人上殿裏去禱告：一個是法利賽人，一個是稅吏。
11 The Pharisee stood up and prayed about himself: 'God, I thank you that I am not like other men--robbers, evildoers, adulterers--or even like this tax collector.
11 바리새인은 서서 따로 기도하여 이르되 하나님이여 나는 다른 사람들 곧 토색, 불의, 간음을 하는 자들과 같지 아니하고 이 세리와도 같지 아니함을 감사하나이다
11. 法利賽人站著，自言自語的禱告說：神阿，我感謝你，我不像別人勒索、不義、姦淫，也不像這個稅吏。
12 I fast twice a week and give a tenth of all I get.'
12 나는 이레에 두 번씩 금식하고 또 소득의 십일조를 드리나이다 하고
12. 我一個禮拜禁食兩次，凡我所得的都捐上十分之一。
13 "But the tax collector stood at a distance. He would not even look up to heaven, but beat his breast and said, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.'
13 세리는 멀리 서서 감히 눈을 들어 하늘을 쳐다보지도 못하고 다만 가슴을 치며 이르되 하나님이여 불쌍히 여기소서 나는 죄인이로소이다 하였느니라
13. 那稅吏遠遠的站著，連擧目望天也不敢，只捶著胸說：神阿，開恩可憐我這個罪人！
14 "I tell you that this man, rather than the other, went home justified before God. For everyone who exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted."
14 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이에 저 바리새인이 아니고 이 사람이 의롭다 하심을 받고 그의 집으로 내려 갔느니라 무릇 자기를 높이는 자는 낮아지고 자기를 낮추는 자는 높아지리라 하시니라
14. 我告訴你們，這人回家去比那人倒算爲義了；因爲，凡自高的，必降爲卑；自卑的，必升爲高。
15 People were also bringing babies to Jesus to have him touch them. When the disciples saw this, they rebuked them.
15 사람들이 예수께서 만져주심을 바라고 자기 어린 아기를 데리고 오매 제자들이 보고 꾸짖거늘
15. 有人抱著自己的嬰孩來見耶穌，要他摸他們；門徒看見就責備那些人。
16 But Jesus called the children to him and said, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of God belongs to such as these.
16 예수께서 그 어린 아이들을 불러 가까이 하시고 이르시되 어린 아이들이 내게 오는 것을 용납하고 금하지 말라 하나님의 나라가 이런 자의 것이니라
16. 耶穌卻叫他們來，說：讓小孩子到我這裏來，不要禁止他們；因爲在神國的正是這樣的人。
17 I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the kingdom of God like a little child will never enter it."
17 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 누구든지 하나님의 나라를 어린 아이와 같이 받아들이지 않는 자는 결단코 거기 들어가지 못하리라 하시니라
17. 我實在告訴你們，凡要承受神國的，若不像小孩子，斷不能進去。
18 A certain ruler asked him, "Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?"
18 어떤 관리가 물어 이르되 선한 선생님이여 내가 무엇을 하여야 영생을 얻으리이까
18. 有一個官問耶穌說：良善的夫子，我該作甚麽事纔可以承受永生？
19 "Why do you call me good?" Jesus answered. "No one is good--except God alone.
19 예수께서 이르시되 네가 어찌하여 나를 선하다 일컫느냐 하나님 한 분 외에는 선한 이가 없느니라
19. 耶穌對他說：你爲甚麽稱我是良善的？除了神一位之外，再沒有良善的。
20 You know the commandments: 'Do not commit adultery, do not murder, do not steal, do not give false testimony, honor your father and mother.'"
20 네가 계명을 아나니 간음하지 말라, 살인하지 말라, 도둑질하지 말라, 거짓 증언하지 말라, 네 부모를 공경하라 하였느니라
20. 誡命你是曉得的：不可姦淫；不可殺人；不可偸盜；不可作假見證；當孝敬父母。
21 "All these I have kept since I was a boy," he said.
21 여짜오되 이것은 내가 어려서부터 다 지키었나이다
21. 那人說：這一切我從小都遵守了。
22 When Jesus heard this, he said to him, "You still lack one thing. Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come, follow me."
22 예수께서 이 말을 들으시고 이르시되 네게 아직도 한 가지 부족한 것이 있으니 네게 있는 것을 다 팔아 가난한 자들에게 나눠 주라 그리하면 하늘에서 네게 보화가 있으리라 그리고 와서 나를 따르라 하시니
22. 耶穌聽見了，就說：你還缺少一件：要變賣你一切所有的，分給窮人，就必有財寶在天上；你還要來跟從我。
23 When he heard this, he became very sad, because he was a man of great wealth.
23 그 사람이 큰 부자이므로 이 말씀을 듣고 심히 근심하더라
23. 他聽見這話，就甚憂愁，因爲他很富足。
24 Jesus looked at him and said, "How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God!
24 예수께서 그를 보시고 이르시되 재물이 있는 자는 하나님의 나라에 들어가기가 얼마나 어려운지
24. 耶穌看見他，就說：有錢財的人進神的國是何等的難哪！
25 Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
25 낙타가 바늘귀로 들어가는 것이 부자가 하나님의 나라에 들어가는 것보다 쉬우니라 하시니
25. 駱駝穿過針的眼比財主進神的國還容易呢！
26 Those who heard this asked, "Who then can be saved?"
26 듣는 자들이 이르되 그런즉 누가 구원을 얻을 수 있나이까
26. 聽見的人說：這樣，誰能得救呢？
27 Jesus replied, "What is impossible with men is possible with God."
27 이르시되 무릇 사람이 할 수 없는 것을 하나님은 하실 수 있느니라
27. 耶穌說：在人所不能的事，在神卻能。
28 Peter said to him, "We have left all we had to follow you!"
28 베드로가 여짜오되 보옵소서 우리가 우리의 것을 다 버리고 주를 따랐나이다
28. 彼得說：看哪，我們已經撇下自己所有的跟從你了。
29 "I tell you the truth," Jesus said to them, "no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God
29 이르시되 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 하나님의 나라를 위하여 집이나 아내나 형제나 부모나 자녀를 버린 자는
29. 耶穌說：我實在告訴你們，人爲神的國撇下房屋，或是妻子、弟兄、父母、兒女，
30 will fail to receive many times as much in this age and, in the age to come, eternal life."
30 현세에 여러 배를 받고 내세에 영생을 받지 못할 자가 없느니라 하시니라
30. 沒有在今世不得百倍，在來世不得永生的。
31 Jesus took the Twelve aside and told them, "We are going up to Jerusalem, and everything that is written by the prophets about the Son of Man will be fulfilled.
31 예수께서 열두 제자를 데리시고 이르시되 보라 우리가 예루살렘으로 올라가노니 선지자들을 통하여 기록된 모든 것이 인자에게 응하리라
31. 耶穌帶著十二個門徒，對他們說：看哪，我們上耶路撒冷去，先知所寫的一切事都要成就在人子身上。
32 He will be handed over to the Gentiles. They will mock him, insult him, spit on him, flog him and kill him.
32 인자가 이방인들에게 넘겨져 희롱을 당하고 능욕을 당하고 침 뱉음을 당하겠으며
32. 他將要被交給外邦人，他們要戱弄他，凌辱他，吐唾沫在他臉上，
33 On the third day he will rise again."
33 그들은 채찍질하고 그를 죽일 것이나 그는 삼 일 만에 살아나리라 하시되
33. 並要鞭打他，殺害他；第三日他要復活。
34 The disciples did not understand any of this. Its meaning was hidden from them, and they did not know what he was talking about.
34 제자들이 이것을 하나도 깨닫지 못하였으니 그 말씀이 감취었으므로 그들이 그 이르신 바를 알지 못하였더라
34. 這些事門徒一樣也不懂得，意思乃是隱藏的；他們不曉得所說的是甚麽。
35 As Jesus approached Jericho, a blind man was sitting by the roadside begging.
35 여리고에 가까이 가셨을 때에 한 맹인이 길가에 앉아 구걸하다가
35. 耶穌將近耶利哥的時候，有一個瞎子坐在路旁討飯。
36 When he heard the crowd going by, he asked what was happening.
36 무리가 지나감을 듣고 이 무슨 일이냐고 물은대
36. 聽見許多人經過，就問是甚麽事。
37 They told him, "Jesus of Nazareth is passing by."
37 그들이 나사렛 예수께서 지나가신다 하니
37. 他們告訴他，是拿撒勒人耶穌經過。
38 He called out, "Jesus, Son of David, have mercy on me!"
38 맹인이 외쳐 이르되 다윗의 자손 예수여 나를 불쌍히 여기소서 하거늘
38. 他就呼叫說：大衛的子孫耶穌阿，可憐我罷！
39 Those who led the way rebuked him and told him to be quiet, but he shouted all the more, "Son of David, have mercy on me!"
39 앞서 가는 자들이 그를 꾸짖어 잠잠하라 하되 그가 더욱 크게 소리질러 다윗의 자손이여 나를 불쌍히 여기소서 하는지라
39. 在前頭走的人就責備他，不許他作聲；他卻越發喊叫說：大衛的子孫，可憐我罷！
40 Jesus stopped and ordered the man to be brought to him. When he came near, Jesus asked him,
40 예수께서 머물러 서서 명하여 데려오라 하셨더니 그가 가까이 오매 물어 이르시되
40. 耶穌站住，吩咐把他領過來，到了跟前，就問他說：
41 "What do you want me to do for you?" "Lord, I want to see," he replied.
41 네게 무엇을 하여 주기를 원하느냐 이르되 주여 보기를 원하나이다
41. 你要我爲你作甚麽？他說：主阿，我要能看見。
42 Jesus said to him, "Receive your sight; your faith has healed you."
42 예수께서 그에게 이르시되 보아라 네 믿음이 너를 구원하였느니라 하시매
42. 耶穌說：你可以看見！你的信救了你了。
43 Immediately he received his sight and followed Jesus, praising God. When all the people saw it, they also praised God.
43 곧 보게 되어 하나님께 영광을 돌리며 예수를 따르니 백성이 다 이를 보고 하나님을 찬양하니라
43. 瞎子立刻看見了，就跟隨耶穌，一路歸榮耀與神。衆人看見這事，也讚美神。
